Ordered a milkshake and somehow ended up with what looked like a nozzle off something in my shake. Def nasty depending on what it was. Will not go back and would like to figure out what it is

This owner actually cares. They reached out again and made things right. We will definitely give them another shot in hopes that the employees were just having a bad day.

Owner responded and called me out for incorrectly listing my blizzard price at 6.99 instead of 6.59. lol
Didn't mention anything about the crappy, expensive cup of soft serve. Just the price error. Even 6.59 is a lot to pay for a cup of soft serve with hardly any Butterfinger in it.
I don't know what happened to Blizzards, but these are not what I remembered. $6.59 for a large, mostly a cup of soft serve with very little Butterfinger in the lower half of the cup. Kind of expensive for a cup of ice cream.

I've been to this location several times every time the food is perfect the service is friendly. Best DQ location for sure.

Poor service the worker was very rude towards me and family and other customers while I was there. No one had a smile on their face and food was poor and burnt I will not be back again!

Most of the employees are good but there's one girl who is extremely rude and never will help me.

Three stars for service for forgetting my daughter's blizzard twice. Atmosphere is like being in a cave. Not happy.

Everything was hot. On my cheese burger for my taste, I thought there was a little bit too much mustard and ketchup. Also, they didn't have ranch but completely understandable when working. I'm fast food and you have something good. Overall, good experience.

Only been to this location twice and food was good both times but the employees (all the ones I've encountered both trips) are awful. Everyone seems like they are in a bad mood or just plain don't like people. I ain't a people person but you gotta know when to fake it for your job for goodness sakes.

Our milkshakes were a bit thin, and the drive-through staff did not smile at all.

They're absolutely AWESOME with their photo cakes! Would highly recommend!!
