“Food was fantastic. Super great price with a coupon, national deal going on, which worked out for the first week of school! Staff was not friendly or engaged with their customers; very robotic crew that didn’t even look up or smile which affected interpretation of atmosphere as well.“

“I order a wings online, ordered gets canceled, so I call back. We tried to call you, I'm sorry I couldn't get to the phone. We canceled your order because of an emergency, that's OK, you could of kept my order, I said, she said no, and don't order from our store, Christiansburg, VA, She hung up on me. So I call back, can I speak to a manager, same person answers, says she is the manager, I'm shocked, she talked rude to me. I'm like look, I ain't trying to be rude, I just want to order, she actually apologized to me. Bless her heart, wish the best for her in this new year. A complete misunderstanding, and I'm waiting to reorder.
