I order a wings online, ordered gets canceled, so I call back. We tried to call you, I'm sorry I couldn't get to the phone. We canceled your order because of an emergency, that's OK, you could of kept my order, I said, she said no, and don't order from our store, Christiansburg, VA, She hung up on me. So I call back, can I speak to a manager, same person answers, says she is the manager, I'm shocked, she talked rude to me. I'm like look, I ain't trying to be rude, I just want to order, she actually apologized to me. Bless her heart, wish the best for her in this new year. A complete misunderstanding, and I'm waiting to reorder. Remember everyone on earth, no matter what we go through, or emergency, we still have time to breath and slow down.

I placed an order, and the app said it would be 30 minutes, so I timed my arrival based on that. When I got there, my order was not ready and when I asked why I was then told they were prioritizing delivery orders, because they were very busy. (I’m not sure what the logic is for that over just doing first come first serve. Maybe because they get a delivery fee, and they want to keep the drivers happy?)
They said my pizza would be at least 30 minutes before they would put it in the oven. I looked around at the restaurant full of miserable customers who had obviously been waiting for way too long and immediately canceled my order.
I don’t think that it’s right that this manager is wasting the time of pickup customers and obviously messing up the estimated pickup times by prioritizing deliveries during peak hours.

I'm a regular customer I eat at this dominos several times a week, not sure if there under different management or what but I will not be back! I called for over 30 minutes to place an order I got placed on hold with each call! Lost my service!!!
Busy busy professional well staffed they have plenty of help and I respect a business that doesn’t let there workers suffer with low help and a lot of tasks when I went in was well done even though extremely busy they kept on going well done :)

I get delivery at least 2 times a week. Domino's is my go to place for delivery. And I always give a 20% Tip.
