Food is usually pretty good, but you better double check your order before you leave. We do pickup since we are outside of their delivery range & pretty regularly have to get at least one of our pizzas remade. Staff is friendly & apologetic when this happens, but it's a rather frequent occurrence.

I placed an order for a medium specialty pizza, small cheese pizza and chicken habernero sandwich and the sandwich was horrible! I have never received a bad sandwich before. It was very dry, over toasted and had zero habernero sauce on the sandwich. Very disappointed!!!!!

Ordered delivery. No notification that the pizza was here. The app didn’t notify. No knock and no doorbell ring. The driver was Grant.
Manager then hung up on me when I was trying to see what they could do.
Horrible experience.
Still haven’t heard from them.

The staff in this Domino’s was exceptional. The service was exceptional. The food was very good. FYI, this is a dine in dominos. They do not have napkins. They do not have plates. They do not have forks. They sell 2 L drinks that are cold. They have no cups, so I guess everyone is supposed to take a swig out of the 2 L bottle and pass it around.

They used to make my pizza the way I want it Philly steak pizza take off the peppers and add banana peppers with very light Alfredo sauce... I think they are doing this on purpose now as a joke they literally put so much Alfredo sauce it's ridiculous. My wife took a pizza back up there last week because it was the same way and the one girl said it looks light to her got her manager and said it was light sauce with the most unprofessional attitude and wouldn't remake the pizza so got a refund. I want be going back to this particular location.

Ordered a pick-up pizza yesterday, and --- *chef's kiss*. Got the new stuffed crust, and it is very good. Ordered extra hot sauce on the pizza - and by god, I got EXTRA hot sauce, which is perfect. Everything was fast, fresh, and on point.

Had a pick up order no where to park because delivery vehicles parked in “pickup” parking app said order was ready 15 min later after parking went in was told one pizza wasn’t started asked for refund and was told no way to show that credit was refunded

I order a wings online, ordered gets canceled, so I call back. We tried to call you, I'm sorry I couldn't get to the phone. We canceled your order because of an emergency, that's OK, you could of kept my order, I said, she said no, and don't order from our store, Christiansburg, VA, She hung up on me. So I call back, can I speak to a manager, same person answers, says she is the manager, I'm shocked, she talked rude to me. I'm like look, I ain't trying to be rude, I just want to order, she actually apologized to me. Bless her heart, wish the best for her in this new year. A complete misunderstanding, and I'm waiting to reorder. Remember everyone on earth, no matter what we go through, or emergency, we still have time to breath and slow down.
