Left without our full order after 45 minutes of constantly reminding the staff what our order was. All while we watched 8-12 different people come and go with the same food we ordered. EXTREMELY unsatisfied.

Each time I go in to pickup a coffee it is a long wait. Very frustrating. The employees are great but overwhelmed.

Seem to be very rude at this location I pulled up in the Drive-Thru at 6:00 and they told me they don't open for another 2 minutes and I needed to pull out the drive-thru until they open it employee was very rude about it I just went somewhere else

I absolutely LOVE Dunkin, and it’s always been my preferred coffee. I’ve been going to this location since the grand opening, waited in line for the doors to open day 1, and it’s been nothing but a disaster since. This is by far the WORST Dunkin location I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to a few. First of all if you go before sunrise the menu at the drive through will BLIND you, I have to close my eyes while ordering it’s so bright, it literally hurts my eyes. Then you get around to the window, and the staff is nice to your face, but absolutely incompetent. I’ve seen them drop my food and still had it to me, half the time they will leave the syrup at the bottom of the drink and make you miss it yourself, or they’ll give you the wrong food constantly! I’m absolutely tired of this location, and I won’t be back for awhile as I hope they get it together. I’d say avoid this location for the near future!

My wife and have gone about half a dozen times. I don't know what happened, it started out fine but our last few times they can't seem to get the order right. Today we went and we're told "they are not serving hot food". We go at breakfast time. Then they gave my wife the wrong coffee and looked confused when we explained that the regular latter my wife was hold was not the permanent fancy foo foo drink she ordered. Even had the recite. Who ever owns this store needs to spend a few weekend morning there and figure it out. To many other options, we won't be going back. Good luck to everyone else.

Walked in and ordered 2 coffees and two food orders. Waited 20 minutes for our food and had to ask for them to check on it. When she checked she said “it’s coming.” No apology for the wait, never was told there would be a 20 minute wait when we ordered. There needs to be more training on customer service skills.

Sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting- some of us have to get to work on time. A drive thru should be QUICK. If the person at the window is waiting on something - PULL THEM UP TO PARK SO YOU CAN GET THE REST OF THE ORDERS OUT but because of the way the drive thru is built , you can’t even leave once you’re past the order board.
Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Rushed my order out and past two times they been out of the same donut and I’ve came in on different weeks and the drink where’s my whip cream? Where’s my cookie crumble? Where’s my drizzle?? Sooo the all order was rushed and not even done right??? And I ordered online before I even got to the store do I have to order at the drive thru to get my order right and not rushed? Any other time I would have came in and got it fixed but I’m on a day I couldn’t! Not what I paid for very disappointed!?? I really did enjoy this place and always had my order right and never rushed is there new people or???

Was there for grand opening and then they struggled for a bit. But, they have a new GM (Laura) that really cares about quality and customer service. I have been converted after being a KK guy my whole life. If you have time I would suggest going inside instead of the drive thru. The store is nice and you can see what donuts are available in the case. Win-Win.

I was recently here and didn’t have a great experience. I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up my order, even though there were 4-5 people working behind the counter. The display showed my order as ready, but it wasn’t at the counter or pickup spot. After I asked, they got it ready, which took another 5 minutes. The food was good, but the place could really benefit from being more organized.

Food is okay, Service is slow and the employees are miserable.
Parking: Their parking lot is also their drive through. It is super small and you often get stuck if there is a long line.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. They offer small donut treats but I cannot imagine a child wanting to go sit in a busy restaurant with people standing all around them on their phones while they're trying to eat. Takeout is better, but that's only if you make sure you get everything you ordered
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space inside. Getting inside is the problem. They only have 1 entrance way and you are walking through the drive through lane to get to it. Very unsafe.

Delivery driver and former employee:
In store you should anticipate about a 15 minute wait cause it's apparently hard to take an order and make a coffee. If you order carryout, check the bag before you leave because 9 times out of 10, something is missing from your order. Instead of making the orders as they come in, the staff prefers to load the screens and make everyone wait til all orders are taken before they even bother making anything. The staff acts miserable and takes it out on the customers. You'll notice the rude attitudes while you're waiting for your order.
If you order delivery, be ready to have to go back in the app for a refund of everything they left out. Bags are sealed so your delivery driver cannot verify they have everything.
This place is terrible. Would not recommend. Go to Starbucks across the street.

HORRIBLE Dunkin Donuts! I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. 3 different orders on 3 different days and all 3 something went wrong. First time I ordered a dozen donuts came home one was missing I called them they told me impossible and will be rude about it. All the sandwiches were cold in the middle.
Second trip 3 sandwich all ice cold in the middle and sold out of donuts at 9am. One sandwich was the wrong one.
Third trip sold out for the season of the boo bucket 3 days after the arrived, sold out of the Halloween sprinkle donut holes and didn't tell me just replace it, sold out of the Halloween spider donut and gave me a different cheaper one but still charged for the special one and did not have any croissants. The best part is the nasty attitudes of their employees. Do not bother with them. Drive across the street to Starbucks! Better food and extremely friendly staff!

I ordered for pickup off my app. It's the same order I get everyday. Today aparently was different because my XL coffee with 4 cream and 6 sugar was a large with no sugar, they didn't have the munchkins. And the bacon snacker wasn't cooked well and covered in congealed grease. I don't recommend ordering on the app at this location.
