I ordered via DoorDash for my clinic, which was over $150. All I received was a container of coffee and a container of hot chocolate. They didn’t deliver the donuts or the donut holes I ordered. They also didn’t send any cups, flavorings for the coffee, cream, sugar, etc. Therefore no one was even able to enjoy the coffee or the hot chocolate. I’m so upset and will never do business with this store again. How do you not send $100+ of my order?? I tried to call multiple times and they just kept hanging up.

Order drinks at the kiosk. Takes a while to get them because they are under staffed. Just to get my drink and I tell them 2 of the 4 are wrong. Manager tells me I am wrong they are correct. I leave my drink since it is nothing but milk. Even after I say again it is made wrong. She then tells me there is no need to be rude and walks away. All I did was tell you in a nice voice the coffee is wrong. So I paid for a coffee I did not walk away with.

The wait time thru the drive thru during non-peak hours is even crazy. You can order the same coffee every time and it’ll always taste different. More than half of the times I’ve gone there have been missing items. Also, the donuts aren’t made in-house. They’re likely a day old from the Roanoke location. The staff is usually pretty nice though and the store typically clean.

Went out to get breakfast here for our anniversary weekend. left in a horrible mood and couldn’t have gotten out of there fast enough. ordered on the kiosk and waited for over half an hour. the woman making the sandwiches was nice, and helpful and apologized for our wait. but the one doing the coffee drinks and donuts was short with us and unhelpful. after waiting for half an hour was asked for an update and she said she would get the donut part of our order ready. she then proceeded to just continue making coffee drinks and not get us our donuts. i don’t even understand the point of the kiosk because she didn’t have any record of what donuts we ordered and we had to recite it to her…which was difficult because the display was half empty because they hadn’t put their donuts out and most of them were missing labels.
The whole floor was incredibly sticky. i watched someone’s foot come out of their flip flop while they were walking across the floor because their shoe was stuck to the ground. Their bathroom was also out of toilet paper.

I loved coming to this Dunkin, but I haven't been back because the last two times I went, I tried ordering a breakfast sandwich and they claimed they don't serve breakfast after 11am. Customer service is hit or miss.

New girl on drive thru and stressed out by the management screaming at them. Got my order wrong, tried to get it fixed only for the management to yell at me. This place needs proper management. Not only was I double charged but ended up not getting anything. Tried to go inside and the doors were locked. I got sick of the situation and left with nothing,no refund and no drinks. I'm a daily customer,Very disappointed!
Horrible service. Gave me the wrong coffee and then when I told her the right one, she got the size wrong. When telling her I got a medium and not a small, she just dumped the small into the medium cup and put more ice in it

Seem to be very rude at this location I pulled up in the Drive-Thru at 6:00 and they told me they don't open for another 2 minutes and I needed to pull out the drive-thru until they open it employee was very rude about it I just went somewhere else

I absolutely LOVE Dunkin, and it’s always been my preferred coffee. I’ve been going to this location since the grand opening, waited in line for the doors to open day 1, and it’s been nothing but a disaster since. This is by far the WORST Dunkin location I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to a few. First of all if you go before sunrise the menu at the drive through will BLIND you, I have to close my eyes while ordering it’s so bright, it literally hurts my eyes. Then you get around to the window, and the staff is nice to your face, but absolutely incompetent. I’ve seen them drop my food and still had it to me, half the time they will leave the syrup at the bottom of the drink and make you miss it yourself, or they’ll give you the wrong food constantly! I’m absolutely tired of this location, and I won’t be back for awhile as I hope they get it together. I’d say avoid this location for the near future!
