The food items I've tried (breakfast sandwiches mostly) are moderate to good, and the drive through workers have a nice attitude, but roughly 25-50% of the time something is wrong with our mobile orders.
We rarely bother getting donuts anymore, because if they don't have what we ordered, they just substitute with whatever they want and don't say anything - we exclusively do mobile ordering, maybe ordering in person they would have a dialog about out of stock donuts, but they don't seem to bother if it is a mobile order.
About half the time if I order breakfast items in the evening, they either leave the breakfast items out of the bag, or they say they are out of something when I pull up. I suspect maybe they just don't want to bother with breakfast items in the evening, but could be wrong - I haven't ever had a problem with them leaving out breakfast items in the morning.
That being said, they commonly have not made my requested breakfast substitutions (cheddar instead of American cheese on bagle). Granted I've had a 5-order streak over the last 2 months where they did follow instructions, so maybe service is getting better?
I think it might be a DD thing and not this location specifically, but their hash browns are always soggy. If they made the same hashbrowns, but they were actually crispy/firm on the outside, I would say they were pretty good.

This location struggles with staffing. On multiple occasions I have waited over 30 minutes for an order. I am not sure why they can’t hire enough staff. The workers are nice and apologetic but it will eventually kill their business. I suggest skipping the location and going to Blacksburg.

Disappointed in the t of much kiosk. Difficult to use and didn't have all the doughnuts listed. We didn't realize it until our 4th time attempting to order doughnuts on display. Very frustrating.

I had went through and got a meal before work. My sandwich was cold in the middle and hash browns were so greasy they were literally mush in a bag. Very disappointing as I am pregnant and was craving this. Called to get meal replaced and was told I wasn’t able to if I hadn’t brought the food back to the store. At that point I was at work at threw it in the trash. Very disappointing, won’t be back.

Need to learn how to organize order taking and filling those orders!!! STOP taking new orders till you get caught up!!! 20 minutes+ trapped (no way to get out) of drive-thru lane is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Then when you get to the window of the drive-thru the girl working the window was rude and condescending. The icing on the doughnut was sparse at best and runny…maybe contact a longer established franchise and figure out how to correct this! Never again!!
