The workers here literally look straight in my eyes and did not say hello, or smile, however when the white people came in… that’s when they felt the need to do those things. Please fix your service and your workers. Once we got to place our to go order we got nothing but rude stares by the employees! Not DIVERSITY FRIENDLY! If you black they will stare at you weird!

I was eating lunch here yesterday, and I seen the blonde Buser going around when she was cleaning the tables and picking up part of the tip that was left on the table and pocketing them and only leaving part of the tip she needs to be fired
On the menu, French Toast was described as dipped in custard but I received plain toast dipped in nothing. Sheesh! We're talking $15 for one slice of plain toast and one HALF cup of berry compote. I have no desire to experience this again. This business could do very well if only people had the desire to prepare & serve what was ordered as described on menu and not cut corners. I'd be happy to wait longer to get what I ordered. We know the difference in toast and french toast dipped in custard FYI. Christiansburg, Virginia First Watch.
