Not what I expected in a high priced bakery. The shop was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The employee was friendly. But for the price, I would have expected a much better product. We had two cupcakes. They were cold, small, and tasted like yesterday’s leftovers. The ones I make at home, out of a box are better.

This place is absolutely disgusting. None of their cupcakes or their brownies. I bought a brownie for my neighbor and it was hard as a rock. And their cupcakes are extremely stale. I went there multiple times and had the exact same experience every hoping it might have just been a fluke. In my opinion I would not waste your hard-earned money on this establishment and look elsewhere for sweets.

I ordered cupcakes for my Mom’s 70th birthday and I must say they were absolutely amazing! Everyone at the party raved about the prettiness, deliciousness and presentation! I will definitely be getting cupcakes again and will recommend to everyone I can!

The place was clean and fanciful. The cupcakes were good, although I was hoping for more flavor. The clerk was what earned this 2 star rating. She wasnt rude but acted bothered by our questions of flavors. You may have a better experience if someone else is waiting on you.

I took my granddaughter for a cupcake, just because it was our special day out. She chose a cupcake which she enjoyed. I was going to get a cookie that had buttercream frosting between two cookies. I asked the attendant if the cookie was made that day. She reached in with her bare hands after handling money and picked up the cookie and looked at it and said yeah. I pointed out to her that she had just handled money hadn't washed her hands and then handled the cookie. I told her I didn't want it.I believe the hygiene and sanitary processes training of the employees is questionable to say the least. It makes me wonder what's going on back in the kitchen where no one can see.

Took my niece to celebrate no longer being allergic to eggs and the cupcakes were delicious! Would definitely recommend the minis for kids, the regular ones ended up being too big for 2 of the 4 kiddos.

It's a beautiful store and the cupcakes are so pretty, but they're kept so cold that it makes them hard and takes away from the flavor. A bit pricey, but if they made some minor adjustments, it would be okay.

Cute idea but it's nothing special. The service was okay. The cupcakes are presented well and did not taste bad but are really over priced considering they are comparable to the ones from the supermarket. The cake itself taste like walmart's while the icing wasn't even as good. Unless you are going for a specialty flavor (which they did have a selection of), I would suggest saving money and going to any supermarket instead. We spent $12 on 2 items. A cupcake and a "parfait" that none of us could even finish between being excessively sweet and just not that good.

I checked on their website to see when they close as I usually work until 7. The website and the sign on the door stated that they are open until 7pm and their site let me put in an order for pickup at 6:45pm. I left work 15 minutes early and got to the store at 6:48 where I was greeted by a locked door and no lights. There was still someone behind the counter but they ignored me at the door and wouldn’t answer the phone.
