This place has really went down hill! They care not for the customers or how they make their foods. Even the manager has been very very nasty to costumers when all they tried to do was let her know their food wasn't right. But he would just become nasty with them and there's no I'm sorry, or can he fix it, nothing but "I know it was right" and "that's how it's supposed to be " just very rude to anyone trying to get what they pay for! I dont recommend eating out here. Not unless you know exactly what ur getting and whom u getting it from!. Hopefully things have or will get better. If it was me I'd hsve a new manager on board real fast. If u can't handle the fact that "CUSOMERS ARE MORE THEN LIKELY ALWAYS RIGHT," THEN U DONT NEED TO WORK IN FAST FOODS! This is just my opinion and as far as opinions go everyone has one!!

This is by far the best food from Hardee's around. The food is always hot. The workers are so sweet. I cannot express enough how welcoming and nice they are. They were so wonderful with my son they even gave him a Hardee's hat when he asked for a job there (he's 2)

I went to grab food for myself and my daughter this morning, two biscuit combos and a gravy biscuit. The lady read both orders back to me correctly, but when I got up to the window apparently their register is messed up and whoever won’t come fix it so I only received half my order. I asked where the other half was and she told me I needed to pay for it, I was like okay. The cars were lining up behind us so she did end up giving us another biscuit and OJ and I appreciate that. I wasn’t a fan of the Trump bracelet she had on and don’t care about her personal political affiliation, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to wear at work, on top of the fact that it’s not servsafe appropriate to wear any jewelry when working with or around food. Makes me wonder what other health code violations may be going on in this location.

Went through the drive thru for a hot dog and unsweetened ice tea
Burger isnt warm, cheese didnt even melt, its pretty much like they cooked it an hour before we even ordered. My dog wont even eat a piece of the burger, and I WISH i was kidding. Fries are cold and soggy. Coke tastes watered down. Chili dog, the hotdog wasnt fully cooked either Disgusting, do better. I get its fast food but in the 5 mins we got our food and got home (literally 5 mins), theres no way it was all this cold and nasty. Sad, i usually love hardees.

The few times I've been inside of this place it has been absolutely disgusting. I've had to wipe my table down with napkins but it never really helps. Now, don't get me wrong, I don't mind cleaning my own table if the restaurant is busy or what have you, but the tables are sticky and greasy. I stick to the drive thru but even that isn't worth much either. The food is cold more often than not if it's not wrong altogether. I don't mind waiting when they're dropping fresh food, however, when they bring the food out and the fries are piping hot but the burgers are ice cold, that's when I have an issue. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They get an order wrong or get asked for food that ISNT cold and immediately get an attitude. Ask to speak with management and they hide behind their employees with the biggest attitudes. I avoid this place usually but figured we'd give it a shot this morning with the new menu items. We will NEVER be making that mistake again. I'd give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately that isn't an option.

The Hardee's on 103 Roanoke St. in Christiansburg is the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. The staff were the rudest people I've ever met and I've been there a couple times and terrible service both times. The other Hardee's on Roanoke St. Across from Wendy's is a really good one. The staff there were great. So avoid the Hardee's Across from Speedway.

My hubby & I eat breakfast here just about every weekend, Saturday & Sunday usually. The crew members are so nice & welcoming. The treat you with respect and are honest with you always. If there is going to be a wait they will tell you right away and make sure that's okay, and they will take special requests too, so for example if you prefer gravy on top of, or on the side of your biscuit, they will do that for you. Overall a very enjoyable place to dine.
