They've got some great people here, but not everyone who interacts with the public has perfected the social mask that is all but required of fast food service. The food can either be really good, or just kind of average. I recommend using the drive thru, as the dining room is often barren of others after the breakfast rush is over and usually is not well maintained. The 4 stars is mainly because they have a few 5 star employees, but are brought down by the 50/50 on whether the food will be great and the occasional issues with the other employees.

The food was not fresh at all. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the sausage was not even hot enough to melt the cheese. The service was awesome. Very kind and quick through drive thru.

The lady at the counter was rude and short with her sentences. We were nice and courteous through out our time there but did not receive the same. There was a problem where my biscuit was missing cheese and her solution was to toss me a bowl with a very cold piece of cheese on it without a word. The lobby area was not well kept, drinks were out, no napkins, the drain under the drinks was disgusting. There were many people who brought this to the lady at the counters attention and she did nothing but stare at them. Eventually we waved down another lady who was very sweet and helped as best she could.
