Short lady at drive thru acts like she's mad at the world, very rude, didn't even say anything when I asked how her day was. She has NO customer service skills and should not be dealing with the public.

Ordered on the app I showed them proof of the order and that it was paid at this location I showed my bank account showing it was taken out and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and suggested me to go check the other locations and I had to be at work in 5 mins very very bad management looks like I won’t be getting breakfast.

My first time trying Hardee’s and it was VERY disappointing and underwhelming. I ordered the original bag and was surprised when the staff brought the food to my table. Very nice gesture of them to do, but it took nearly 8 minutes since our order for the food to come out. The burger was cold, hard and barely had any flavor. The bread was stale and just so lackluster. The fries were actually pretty good, but it was not enough for me to save the experience.

Worst service every time! I've tried to give these guys multiple chances and I swear they could care less about any sort of respectable service. Saw several people get upset today in the car line, no one was even on the register at the window. I'd be embarrassed if was the manager.

Little short Woman with dinosaur arms who took our order, said lunch wasn’t being served yet, then the next person ordered a hamburger. I have been at this restaurant numerous times and each time this employee takes orders, she is very rude, doesn’t have a pleasant attitude and acts like the whole world is against her. Maybe she needs to work in the back as she has no people skills. Hardee’s in Christiansburg Va.

Went thru the drive thru at 12:45 PM on sunday Order taker needed a lot less attitude an maybe give people time to look at the menu.
Best place to eat in Christiansburg the atmosphere is amazing and the service is even better I love this place 😍 it's become family quickly 😀 would recommend to everyone who lives in town or comes to visit

very rude. answered the speaker rudely with a “what can i get u” we said one minute please and she proceeds to say “hello” screaming then passed the call to anther employee. they charged 75 cent for a thing of ranch. was very rushy while no one else was in the drive thru nor the store. the same woman who answered the speaker proceeded to also say “come on let’s go come on” and shuts the window all while my grandmother was still talking. fries was cold. and chicken rap had one drop of ranch on each. they also acted like it was a problem when we told them what we wanted.
