I was really disappointed. The biscuit was tough and chewy, and the hash rounds were cold and chewy. I guess the guy who ordered before me was known because he got his order after me, with fresh hash rounds. So, I think they were aware the stuff they gave me was garbage. I don't recommend this location.

We placed a fairly large breakfast order using the app. The order was ready on time and packaged carefully. The staff were all friendly and professional.

The Mad Dog
This is the worst Hardee's I have gotten food from. I have gotten food here 3 times with the last visit and each time the food sucked. Old fries, dry buns, lack of condiments, you name it. The last time I went I got the Frisco burger and the sourdough bun was not even toasted and the whole thing lacked flavor. I now know why their parking lot is empty most of the time. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Blacksburg.

Absolutely terrible the gravey was liquid and tasted like water my egg and cheese biscuit was greasy the egg wasn’t even cooked fully absolutely disgusting

This is by far the best Hardees I've ever been to. The previous management here was awful and my order was never right! Always had to go back through the drive thru and get something that was missing, staff were incredibly rude, it was horrible.
Since the new manager took over, (mind you on our last visit, she came out from behind the counter to visit my table personally, and ask how the food was) the store has been incredibly clean, bathroom floors and counters are always swept well and wiped down, and I'm always greeted with a smile.
We visit this location every Tuesday on our way back from our appointments in town, if you need great breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just to see a friendly face, choose THIS Hardees. Best one in the NRV.
