I went through the drive through this morning and there was a misunderstanding with my order. The lady that took my order may have a manager was very upset and blamed it all on me.She just kept on and on verbally accusing me in front of the other team members.I heard everything!!!!

The woman was not nice. Not that I expect an older person to be happy with her job, however, not nice to be rude. Food was horrible. Hot ham and cheese. Not even warm. Bun stale and ham chopped up with minimal cheese. Was so hungry, ate would I could.

Picked up hamburgers that were tough as shoeleather. I live several miles away and won't drive there to bring them back. They had evidently been cooked hours ago and left to heat. I will feed them to my dog if he can chew them.

Country ham was way too crispy today. Server had an attitude. No knives available. Broke a fork cutting the gravy biscuit. Did find I could use the handle of the broken fork as a makeshift knife. Wife's order was wrong and she was initially met with disbelief when she it pointed out.
