I witnessed “Madison” grab a trash can with her bare hands throw fries or something with a dust pan and scratched her chest and under arm THEN open my hot dog container which was understandable because she was probably checking for no onions then grab the top of my fries with her nasty trash can hands. I was in the drive through walked inside and spoke to the manager for a refund and the manager was VERY nice and refunded my $19.15.

We waited WAY too long for our "pork chop" biscuits. They were cold when we got them. The dining room was dirty. The floors were greasy in the dining room and men's room. The mats in the dining room were full of crumbs and food bits. The trash cans were overflowing into the floor. I won't go back.

They literally don't have any customers and we've been waiting on our foor for 15 or 20 minutes. Worst hardees I've ever been too and the lady working in here was rude to us just cause we wanted some stuff on our sandwiches and not everything amd she got rude with us. I guess she was just wanting to be lazy and not have to put it in the register.

The lady that took our order working both drive thru and front was awesome. It took us 20 plus minutes to get our food. Even the manger came the lady that waitied on us told her that we were waiting on our food still and she didn't do anything. She just we t to the back. When we finally got our food it was ok. We ate and left. We know not to stop at this Hardee's on our next trip passing thru.

I came in the drive throw and I ordered the $5.99 deal and my frys was cold and my hot dog the chilly ran all out in bag all over everything in bag and was all over the hot dog box it was so nasty I've never came here and got food this bad before in my life I was so upset and disappointed. Food was alright... The problem here today (10/05/24) is that they are having a "water issue". You can't get anything dealing with their water. They only offer you a can Coke. So if you place an order through the app, and pay for a large soda, they give you ONE can of soda, and tell you that even though you paid extra for the large, they "are only allowed to give one can". We're getting robbed of the difference between a small soda and a large soda, and they won't, I'm sorry, "can't" offer an extra one because they "were told by upper management not to give out extra's".
Just had to use the bathroom but it was clean so glad for that

I just love Hardee's. This location has pretty friendly employees who seem to always get my order correct. These days, that's pretty important. The parking lot is a little bumpy, and sometimes you need to wait an extra minute, but the food is mostly always hot and fresh. I find this location busiest in the morning and understandably. They do have some of the finest breakfast around. This location is much better than the one down the road.
Parking: They have their own free parking lot, which is pretty large. I've never seen it full. In the back and on the left side of the building, separated by speed bumps, there is a lot of extra space where trucks mostly park.
This place was so nasty. All the trash cans were overflowing. The floor by the drink machine was flooded. They had some kind of leak, and the drip pan was overflowing. They were not busy, but the girl rang me up for an extra combo. When I said something, all I got was, I'm sorry. What about my extra $ back? As we sat and had our breakfast, we watched the employees make quite a few cigarette breaks. And by quite a few, I mean chain smoking. And not washing their hands after. Clean up people.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. I love Hardee's and I have never been let down until we went to this location.
Management seriously needs to set some better standards.
We were the only vehicle at the place and it definitely was NOT made to order because it came out only 2 mins after pulling up to the window. Plus, one was the wrong burger.
She handed us a bag of 2 burnt, cold burgers and 2 kid sized old, rubbery, cold fries instead of the normal combo size. All that for the nice low price of $22. Ha
