In a world everyone is quick to complain, I try hard to give good reviews when they are due. This establishment was stopped by complete chance and it was refreshing to see smiling faces, happy regular customers, good customer service, and good food. The young man even walked my food out to me at the drink counter. This little extra effort meant the most. Great crew here, Keep up the good work!!

We arrived at this Hardee's well after the lunch period, but the women's restroom needed some attention. The floor was sticky and the trash was overflowing. Our order taker at the counter was not at all encouraging when I asked her how the Holly, Jolly Spritzer was, which I had thought sounded good, and she indicated that it wasn't very good and that I couldn't try a taste of it before purchasing. So I opted to only buy a Big Hot Ham and Cheese and no drink. The sandwich was good as usual.

It takes a few minutes to get the order, but they're very friendly. I always have my dog with me and they give him an extra little burger of his own at no charge. I enjoyed talking to them. I drive through.

I got^^FRESH Bk big Fish ,,a HEALTHY big sandwich You will have have to try,,be specific W you order it whatever you want on it,tarter sauce, cheese ,lettuce and tomato ?...ask..you gotta try it.. among all burgers I can even get big burger for doggy, plain nothing but burger meat around 1.00.

Horrible!! This location need to be closed down or all new people running it. Lunch time… only 1 person running drive thru and front counter. Took 10 min to place order, 15 to get it and it was cold!! Trash overflowing in all cans, tables dirty! Lady cooks yelling at each other at the top of their lungs! People first in line leaving due to no one taking their orders. Never go here again!!
On the way to a medical appointment and was looking forward to a cheese and bacon biscuit. We didn’t go in to the store not to waste time.
After we paid, we were whisked off away from the receiving window to wait for our order. I asked for no egg due to an allergy and after being back on Interstate 81…. That is what I got.
We have already been on the road for 90 min since 4:30 and cannot turn back. No receipt in the bag either.

I ordered a Frisco and bacon cheeseburger drive threw Other then they was trying to park the only 3 cars they had to save their drive threw times. They did not toast the sourdough bread just butter then put a small patty on it my wife's burger was not even hot still cold in the middle and all they wanted to do was play on their phones. Horrible place would never go back
