Came through drive through got my drink was waiting on my food got a drink of my Dr pepper it had a bad taste asked for another drink got cherry lemonade it was terrible so drove around went in and went to pop mechine myself got something different it was nasty try another one until I tried everything they had it was all nasty even the water like they don't clean them or the carbonation in its messed up or something my ham and chesse sandwich was nasty and cold like the bread was old I'll never eat at that Hardee's again

Didn't get what I ordered in the drive through. The guy repeated it back and it was right on the screen. The burger they gave me was cold and had half a jar of mayonnaise on it.

For me, this was an early morning quick stop off of the interstate via the drive-thru. The staff were friendly and very efficient, getting my food to me in a very timely manner. The food was freshly made, hot and delicious! Thank you!

Every Saturday seems to have the same result with this Hardee’s. The employees are rude to each other, they do not greet you. Today I ordered a Super Bacon Biscuit just to try the fried egg instead of scrambled. When getting the biscuit once opened it had a scrambled egg instead, the cashier said they don’t have the fried egg. Why did she not mention this when ordering? As this was the only reason I ordered the super biscuit. Need to communicate these changes with the customer if they are not going to get what they ordered. One good thing about this was service was quicker than the prior weekends. Disappointing as typical.

Jesse was amazing!! We needed food and are cow trucking. Took our order over the phone an all!! Best place to go for Truckers!! Thank you Jesse!

Horrible place. Staff were arguing when we arrived. The lady that took our order was rude and I had to repeat myself several times because she was more interested in complaining about the other staff than taking our order. After waiting almost 10 minutes to get our food, it was all cold and the bread on both our Frisco sandwiches was not even toasted. All the booths were dirty despite there only being a couple other patrons. -100/10 Do not recommend 😒

Saturday morning at 10:45 I went here and the lobby was closed so I proceeded to use the drive through. The guy before me pulled off without ordering after waiting for a bit After I waited for at least 5 min without any acknowledgement I pulled away as well. When I drove around the building there were 2 employees standing outside smoking. If they were so busy why were 2 employees standing outside??

This Hardee’s is absolute trash. The one in downtown cburg is consistently better. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru for 2 biscuits. And they were terrible.
