Smells very bad inside, customer service is not good at all, the patties in the sandwich we're cold an overall restaurant is not very good. I think that's because they have a truck parking and the truckers don't have other options nearby.

Decent place to stop for food. Breakfast seems to be the busiest time and the freshest food.In our town Hardee's is usually extremely slow after noon. The later in the day it is the less likely Hardee's is busy which almost always means food that is not so fresh.This particular Hardee's is near a interstate entrance and exit so it does say a bit busier than the two that are in town limits. It is a extremely clean Hardee's. They are usually short on staff which makes waiting times longer than a completely staffed Hardee's.Overall customer service is okay. There are a couple of outstanding persons with the best interaction with customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrances and restrooms have plenty of room for a wheelchair to manover.
We had the longest wait for a standard order for dinner, which was surprising. When we asked for ketchup for French fries they had no packets. They ultimately gave us ketchup in a styrofoam container, but only after we asked twice.We went for breakfast and the service was better, but still surprisingly slow.

I ordered a super sausage biscuit which is a DOUBLE sausage biscuit with egg and cheese, they gave me the wrong biscuit. Too late to come back because I’m traveling to Alexandria on 81. Don’t count on this location to get your order correct.
