We went to IHOP on Christmas day. It was 3 of us and when we first there they weren't very busy. We had to wait about an hour for our food. I ordered the big burger and it was not good at all. I could have gotten a bigger burger in a kids Happy Meal. My brother ordered off the breakfast menu and his meal was okay. My Mother ordered the fish and it was not good either. I would 'nt recommend this IHOP to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

It was a pleasure to enjoy breakfast here. Lorenzo was a fantastic server made the experience entertaining and he was so helpful. All of the food was hot and fresh. It was so much better than @wytheville ihop is now. A little further to drive but worth it for what we got.

looks like they only have 1 server. she couldn’t handle the floor herself and i seen no one helping her. i’ve personally worked at an ihop and our corporate would literally fire us. they need more servers. also ihop is know to carry their own bank and there’s a sign up front showing that they will not give us change. seems to need more servers and better management. 😂

Only rating a one star because it won’t let me do none. My family and I went in your establishment this afternoon for lunch. We were greeted and seated and told the waitress would be right with us. There were other customers there, but you weren’t overly busy. And we waited. And waited. And waited. You sat two parties after us and the waitress went over and took their drink orders. We still waited. Their drinks were brought out and you started taking their orders. And we still waited. After 20 to 25 minutes of absolutely no acknowledgement we got up and walked out. We went in knowing that service would be slow, especially since it was after church. But to not even have the drink orders taken after 25 minutes, or even to have the waitress say she’d be with us in a minute, is a little ridiculous. Do better IHOP.

Me and my boyfriend went out to dinner. We both got the sirloin tips breakfast dinner. He got his the way it comes and I got mine the same but with crepes instead of pancakes. The service was sorta slow but the waitress was nice and was trying her best. Around 15-20 minutes after ordering we got our food she then told me that my crepes were still being prepared. I started eating with my boyfriend until he mentioned the meat seemed to be old, blue to grey looking in color and told me not to eat anymore. I then cut open my steak bites to come to see mine looks the same I even got a piece that was pure fat. In the meantime I’m still waiting on my crepes. We continue to eat our eggs and hash browns though the eggs seemed to slimy. We then finish our food the waitress then comes back to tell me and I quote “so the cook has been chitchatting and just now started on your crepes”. Mind you this is about 10-15 minutes after I was told they were preparing them. I just continue to tell her I’ll take them to-go since I am already feeling sick from the other food I ate. Waited another 5-10 minutes for my crepes. She did say she discounted our meal (she gave us a senior discount) and we left. I got the fresh fruit crepes and got strawberries and lemons on it. Didn’t know lemon were a berry but hey I guess we learn something new everyday. I don’t like to complain being I waitressed for around 5 years but when my meat looks like it does in the pictures and wait 30 minutes for a part of my food because the cook wants to “chitchat” I am not very pleased. We were also the only people in the restaurant at the time till two others came in about half way through our stay there.

Fifteen minutes to get the drinks ordered, another fifteen to get them, then over an hour to get the food. In a busy restaurant this happens, we were literally the only patrons there, making this unacceptable. Most of the food was good, props to the cook, who I hear was new and without help. Ya gotta do better than this IHOP. It was my son's birthday dinner and he was stoked to go, only to be disappointed by the experience. Go to BK, or Arby's, heck, go wait by a pond for some bread intended for ducks, just don't go here.

Host was too occupied talking about melted butter to seat my spouse and i. When we decided we weren't gonna wait all afternoon to be seated, and were leaving the host snapped at us. Will never be eating here and will be encouraging everyone i know not to eat here.
