Waited 20 minutes in spite of over 20 tables available. Then waited another 45 minutes after ordering for food to be delivered. Empty coffee pot and cup. All while I watched my waitress do menial work tasks around the restaurant instead of waiting on tables. Do come if you have all day to be ignored.

We decided to try IHOP again after some bad experiences in the past. Whoops! Another bad experience. We left without getting our food after about 45 min. We were greeted by a sullen waitperson who gave the vibe that we were bothering her. Never again.

That was the worst I hope I've ever been. Food took a lot and wasn't well presented or cooked, mom ordered over easy eggs and got hard yolk, I had to order my coffe 3 times and she brought it when I had almost finished my food and the worst part was the taste. Tasted like I was drinking dirty water like they never changed the filter with new coffe. At the end I had to go to the host to pay despite the place wasn't busy she took lots of time to bring my check.
I didn't check the bathroom but the place looked clean enough.
I love I hope specialy when I do road trips but so disappointed about this one.

I'm going to be quick with this one. We thought about giving this IHOP another shot. Maybe it was under new management and the service and food would be better this time. After all, it couldn't be worse than the last three times we were here. We never stepped foot inside. When we drove up at 11am on Mother's Day -- a day when you'd expect a full parking lot and a long wait to be seated -- there were only three cars present and black mold growing on the facade of the building above the front door. That was uite enough to assure me that this was going to be another dine-in disaster at this location, so I drove away quickly to find a better restaurant to feed my deserving wife and mother of our two sons. Why is this location still open?

I will admit that being sat and my order being taken almost immediately were probably the best out of my whole service. The food took almost an hour to come out to us. The food was barely warm. I haven’t felt good at all after eating food from here earlier today. The good news is the server was really sweet I know for a fact it wasn’t her fault. I am also amazed to see after 2 years they finally fixed the ladies bathroom ceiling! I was excited to see that fix but very disappointed in how our food wasn’t hot whenever we got it and we had to wait.

My husband an I went for breakfast he got the breakfast sampler, I got 2 eggs over medium 2 piece bacon hashbrowns with onions an cheese. He got what he order, I got scramble egg with onion an cheese in it, an hashbrowns that wasn't down. We so many agreements BTW the waitresses an whoever was cooking , one waitresses was freaking over someone took her tip( was understanding but she went alittleover board. A couple of gentlemen was there almost 2 hours a never ever got there food so they got up to leavean waitress act like she didn't care, there was so many tables that was not clean still had food, all of our food was still on the table when we left we took like 2 bites, so our waitress was like I will give you discount our bill was 32 dollars,????? Where did she take the discount out at it wasn't our bill.im sorry but today was a very bad experience they need new people or better trainers. Not good at all

I love IHop, but these poor servers and cooks need more help. They’re running around, stressed, forgetting some tables because they have little help. I don’t blame them at all, it’s not their fault. Management needs to put more people in rotation and on the schedule and this wouldnt be such a major issue. Everyone is so nice, and the food is lovely. I just think they need more help!

Then some of the people at the different tables started talking to each other. Turns out there were people who had been waiting a whopping 1.5 hours and hadn’t been served their food yet. Another table nearly 2 hours. Server was running around, we asked what was going on, said they were short staffed, yet had plenty of food made in the kitchen. Apparently it was to go orders that they were making.
I get being busy (I’m a former server myself) but it’s Sunday afternoon, and you got people waiting nearly 2 hours for food? I ended up just getting up and leaving cause I wasn’t gonna wait any longer. Unacceptable.

Great stop for breakfast, as we traveled thru Blacksburg, VA. Natalie was our early morning server, and she was terrific, making sure we had everything we needed, with a smile!

Maybe hiring trashy wait staff is not a good idea, screaming and cussing each other on the floor really sets the mood I tell ya. I don't know how this place is still open, I waited for my food and had to listen to all this drama, and watched several people shaking their heads and a few got up and left, I did the same, who wants to eat in an environment with trashy people serving you. Do better iHop
