I ate here the first time and it was great service and food. The next time I ordered door dash while at work I called the store to make them aware to toast my sandwich and to add extra mayo as doordash didn't have this option available on the app, when I received my order regardless of calling the store that day it was still wrong it was not toasted or on the correct bread, ok no bigge I got a partial refund from door dash. My husband, the next visit, went to get us a dinner sub. I agian ordered the same sub I always do, and they didn't toast or add the bacon and was out of the bread I liked. I do feel for $19.00 a sandwich it should be right.

They are stingy with the meat I bought a number 7 a giant one and there was maybe 7 slices of turkey on a 12" sub come on now for the price we paid for it I could have bought two giant subs at

The staff here are incredible. I placed an online pickup order and didn't realize until I got there, I was at the wrong store. Without hesitation, they made me a sub and told me they'd call the other store to tell them about the mix up. No extra charge. It's a small thing, but it meant this tired mama who's just getting getting over the flu going through the whole family, didn't have to trek all the way to the other store to get a bite to eat.

I have never seen such profound sandwich making in my entire life. Otey and payson took my breath away with their skills. They are 2 excellent young men who demonstrated professionalism and amazing customer service. The turkey and provolone sandwich otey made me surpassed my expectations. He not only provided me with the best meal of my life but also a shoulder to cry on. The ratio of turkey to provolone was perfect. Those boys know how to make a sub! I will be returning tomorrow. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I had an amazing experience at jersey mikes in Christiansburg ?❤️

This was the best experience!! I went there about a week ago and met Justin and I have never met someone who makes my sub so good. It was the perfect portions of meat, cheese, and veggies. I’m from Louisiana and I will definitely be making my trip back here when i come to visit my mimi next time!

I literally cannot explain how good my sandwich was. It tasted like god used his hands to craft my sandwich. Definitely coming back and dining at this place.
I should just stick with what I know. Tonight I had a truly awful sub. Portobello mushrooms with onions and green peppers. I didn't realize it didn't have any meat. I couldn't eat it. My husband ate most of his, but he didn't like it either. And EXPENSIVE! $30 for 2 subs, 2 drinks and chips. It will be a while before we'll be back.
