Stopped in for dinner, staff friendly, restaurant clean, kinda pricey. The rewards suck, for as much money as you spend it the most I’ve ever been rewarded was a pickle or a brownie, and I’ve spent several hundred dollars.

Great location! I always get my food quickly, and the drivers are always friendly. Sandwiches are well made and fresh, and packed well. On the rare occasions where the order isn't quite right, they're always happy to fix the issue. The manager is super kind as well! They all do a great job at running a smoothly operating location with the subs we all know and enjoy.

I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Sandwich and they gave it to me as a wrap which I did not ask for or order it that way. The entire experience is now ruined because I don't have the sandwich on the proper bread. Waste of money and don't go here if you want your order right.

My sub was left on a table table in the ER at lewis gale and no one was informed it was even delivered…instructions were left on the order with the name it was supposed to be given to. Very poor service, not what i paid for or gave you a tip for!! What a joke, do not get delivery from Jimmy Johns in Christiansburg Va!

Not the freaky fastest of Jimmy John's, but the food is what you expect. Your generally do better to go across the street to Jersey Mike's, which has better for, friendlier staff, and a better company. Don't forget to pick up a loaf of day old bread for fifty cents if you do go here.Vegetarian options: Veggie sub comes with avocado and is fine, though not great if you take off the cheese to make it vegan.

We wanted to apologize for coming in at 8:38pm before you close at 9pm. Olivia seemed really put off that we spent $30.64 on a few cheese sandwiches. We also seemed to have messed up her early trash takeout, as I heard her mention that multiple times.We love Jimmy johns but we hate rude service. Thanks.

Delivery driver, Andy, is our superhero. He gets our food to us always with speed that is beyond human comprehension. The food he provides is crisp and fresh and I believe he puts his heart and love into every lettuce leaf and vinaigrette splash. He practically kept us alive during the hardest parts of our work week. Andy is not only a model, but a model citizen.Also try the new caprese salami pesto sandwich. Andy encouraged me to try it and I was convinced when he said, “it’s pretty dope not gonna lie.”

Got 2 sandwiches after PT. Same thing but add 2 items to one of them. Get home after a 25 minute drive home and m8ne had NO MEAT?!? SMH!Vegetarian options: Gluten-free option.Wheelchair accessibility: Spaces provided close to entrances.
