Check your to go order before you leave. Will not honor receipt once you leave. Poor customer service.

The chicken seemed to not have been seasoned properly. But, everything else was ok. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My only negative issue was the chicken as mentioned above. I will go back and try the chicken again. Because, sometimes the cook is having a bad day. I can't recommend them at this point.

The first time you allow someone to sit for five minutes in the drive-thru without saying anything? Okay, things happen. The second time you do it in two days? Train better staff. Free advice is worth what you pay for it, but having someone ready to say "We'll be right with you as soon as we can. But just so you know, we're out of chicken tenders" as soon as they pull up works out much better than letting them sit there for five minutes and then saying it. I won't be back for a while. Maybe that will allow enough staff turnover that you can get them trained properly.

This was the worst experience I've ever had and still don't have my money back. Ordered online at 430. Get there at 515 to be told they have an hour wait on Chicken. Ask to cancel my order and get a refund. They refuse to help and tell me to call customer service. Call customer service to open a ticket and still no call back or my money back.

This was possibly the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered. We spent over $100 on a pick up order(had to pay $20 more when we arrived, just to make sure we all had enough for dinner!)! The 6 piece chicken was more like a 3 piece! It was insane to be honest! We were missing over half of our sides and the sides we did get, were very old! The fries had been cooked and then dropped again, just to heat them up! Then we were told that the family meals we ordered, come with single sized sides. They got us pretty good! I’ll give them that but I will most likely never eat here again and neither will the 5 others that were supposed to eat this meal with us! It was 100% the nastiest tasting food I have ever had!

Mediocre but affordable. Biscuits were undercooked and fried chicken was bland but moist.
They won’t correct my order after explaining it was wrong.
Asked for two thighs, waited 25 mins in drive through, got thigh and leg, asked to what I order after going inside.

The colonel knows how to do chicken. The chicken and the fixing are very tasty. Like everywhere today, they are understaffed and slow.
