Spent over $60 on a family meal to have delivered. Didnt get my order of mashed potatoes and gravy that I paid extra for..Took them close to 45 mins just to have the chicken ready. Gravy was very watery. Needs new management terribly or just shut down.

The order is taking too much to be ready while they are not busy and an old lady was just taking not doing her job. The most terrible branch I have ever had at the KFC.
My order shows that it is ready 07:09 pm but it was not ready on table. I have got at 07:31.

Every time I come to this location, there is a lady in the back that is INCREDIBLY rude. She says things loud enough for all of the customers to hear, and even talks rudely to the customers themselves. I am always missing things from my order, and the tables are always disgusting and never cleaned off. Do not recommend this location at all.

August 8th we had dinner around 7ish and the cashier woman went above and beyond for my grandchildren, I wish I knew her name! Excellent service 💞

Disappointed. Placed an order online, picked up without looking inside of EVERY container. Instead of 8 piece chicken meal, chosen sides, and 8 piece chicken tenders i got wrong sides and a box of biscuits instead of a bucket of 8 piece chicken. OK. I call the place and lady says she checked everything herself and I need to bring EVERYTHING back if I think I got a wrong order, that's their policy. Kids unpacked it already, do you really want me to bring it all back? Anyways. Ended up with cole slaw instead of mac-n- cheese, a bunch of biscuits for a price of 8 pieces of chicken and promise to myself, that was my last visit to KFC.
Also, what's the deal with sauce containers filled up to 1/3?

Stood in line behind 6 other people for awhile. Finally a person came and told everyone to order at the kiosk. I don't want to use my credit card at a fast food restaurant. My husband and I along with the 6 others left. Need to provide customer service. We won't be back if they don't want to take our order and cash
Wish I could post my picture, ordered tenders and fries, 3pc @ potatoes, biscuit drink, the fries were with the 3pc, the potatoe were with the tenders, the tenders were the size of my fingers and the fries weren't fresh, needless to say I was very disappointed, I'm over KFC

For the second time, my online order was incorrect. Both times I was rushed to take the food to my 7 grandchildren staying overnight at my house. Once again, I was shorted at least 4 sides. When I called from 20 minutes away, I was first told that there was no proof of my order. Then, when I said I had my order number, I was told to pack all the food back up, take it there, and they'd refund it because theyre line manager said it was correct. Then she argued that I only ordered 2 sides. (For 7 kids?!?!)
Don't use cburg kfc! So im short at least $20 and cooking mac and cheese.

I was there with my son picking up an order. It was dinner time, the drive through was packed and mobile orders were pouring in. People were angry at the wait time. People were begging ugly to the staff who were obviously working as quickly as possible. As a mom of a teenager who works in a restaurant, I wanted to put here how proud I was of the two teenagers who handled the irate customers. They were kind, but firm and handled the tension better than I see most mom's handle toddlers. So if you're reading this, keep up the good work. People need to learn to wait.

Around 5 p.m. on Sunday, I ordered two chicken burger sets, but the store forgot to include one of the burgers. When I mentioned that one was missing, an older lady working at the Christiansburg KFC on July 26th (weekend) got upset with me and handed me the burger with an attitude. This was my first experience with KFC, and I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

staff inside were very rude. i watched several customers come inside to order and the older ladies would yell from the back the chicken is gonna be a 20 minute wait or invite them completely for a good 10 minutes. yet we waited those 20 minutes just for cold old chicken? it was clearly a way to deter people from coming in so they could begin their closing tasks 2 hours early. older lady was yelling at her staff in a very rude and condescending tone as well. not a good work environment. a tip to those workers: if you didn’t want to work a closing shift or don’t want to work at kfc, why even apply and accept the job? there are plenty of other jobs out there with morning schedules. there is absolutely no reason to be mad at customers who keep the business open for you to even be able to work there. we just wanted some food.

Waited over 45 minutes 3 times after staff marked my mobile order as ready. The first I assumed was a fluke, the second I was determined to never come back. After seeing the former manager working at a different place I assumed it would be better and gave it another shot only for it to be more of the same. Its fun seeing your order marked as ready 15 minutes after placing it only to stand inside for 45 minutes watching 2 grown male emplyees flirt with the teenager working the drive-through, a guy that can hardly stand or walk get out of breath trying to take orders, the whole staff disappear into the back for 5-10 minutes, and the 3 other customers also waiting just get more agitated. This location is a joke and there's a reason you never see it busy.
