I ordered over $30 worth of food to be delivered through Doordash, but then she called me and told me they had no fried chicken legs, which is what I mainly ordered, then said it would be over 20 mins or longer till ready. Of course the delivery girl wasn't willing to wait so asked me what I'd like to replace the legs. I said I guess I'll have 2 do breast and thighs. It still took over a hour b4 I got my food which ended up being 1 breast and the rest wings, and also was cold by time I got it. So when they say fast and convenient, that's not true, nor did they even try to make up for this mess up. Just sucks cuz I love there chicken! ?

I ordered delivery, and none of the food delivered was even close to what I ordered. Either they handed the driver the wrong order, or they were out of what I ordered and just randomly threw in whatever they decided without bothering to notify me. I'm awaiting a follow-up call from KFC; but if they don't refund my order or make this right, this will remain a 1-star review.Update: this will remain a 1-star review, as I never received the follow-up call I was promised when I took their little online survey. Also, I had called the store directly after the order came in wrong, and they just told me I had to go through these online routes to make it right. Well it was not made right.

Busy and short of help. Had to order from the kiosk. But if you want livers you can't do it from the kiosk. Order from a person. Food is good. Ran out of biscuits and chicken when we were there. Had to wait. Gave me my brownies cold. But I asked how to warm them. And she asked if I wanted her to do it.
They did a great job this time.Whoever was working the window was right on key. Also, all the people in the kitchen were right on it. ????

Went in here to pick up a delivery order for DoorDash. Firstly, the older lady working in front register immediately interrupts me to tell me “any delivery order is gonna be a minute” so I said okay that’s fine and waited. I sit there for over 10 minutes waiting for an order that she had put together and left sitting on the back counter, for god knows how long, where I cannot grab it. She could’ve put it on the delivery stand where it goes, but I guess she thought it would be funny to let the customers food sit while I’m looking directly at her waiting. I stand there waiting even longer and finally after the customers food sat there and got cold, she throws her hands up to her manager with an attitude acting like she doesn’t know what I'm standing there waiting on. Finally, after saying something two times, she rudely handed me the customers food. I’d recommend having someone who isn’t as unpleasant working with customers because her attitude was completely disrespectful and disgusting. Don’t recommend going in, if you’re going to order food here because you’ll be gossiped about in the back while the food sits and gets cold.
