I have been to this one before and never had the experience I just had tonight and would rather travel to Fairlawn or Dublin now. We tried to call in an order and was on hold for a good 5 minutes. Drove there and employees loitering outside the store hanging with friends. Customers in front of us got waited on and as soon as we approached the counter the employees scattered.
