The manager at this Little Caesar is absolutely terrible and has no interest in actually serving their customers they're just there to do their job.

Pizza was super greasy and way too salty. Each slice was literally dripping oil and the bottom of the box was soaked. Overall just a very flavorless excuse for a pizza. The wings were sort of mushy with way too much sauce. Didn't get any napkins, either.

My family and I have been to Little Caesars in Christiansburg on several occasions and both time we were given a beeper and told to wait and when our food was ready they would beep us well each time we've had to go back into the store and ask if our food was ready and of course it was but we were never beeped. Today it (50.00 worth of food/)happened again and some very mean-spirited and rude woman who was supposed to be. The manager told me that they did beep me, but I was sitting right out front in the parking spot closest to the door of Little Caesars and did not hear the beeper go off. It was right in front of me so she proceeded to tell me if I did not like it don't come back anymore. They don't care about the customer I don't see this is a good way to run a business because people will not put up with rude and nasty management. So anybody else who has had any of these experiences please post them so they can get the word out that if you have a problem. Little Caesars in Christiansburg is a horrible. Place to go.

Ordered online, watched 10-15 cars go thru drive thru, checked on my order 20 mins later and was given a 25-30 min wait time

I ordered a pepperoni and cheese lunch combo today and as I tried to pay for the food all I had on me is a 100 bill and they claim they didn't have the money to break the bill... Sounds like laziness to me so needless to say I will not be back the food isn't all that great and the service sucks!!!

Slowest service ever!!! Told 7 min waited 40 min. The manager looks like a 16 year old kid and didnt know how to come and talk to someone otherwise I would have gotten my money back and gone somewhere else. Ridiculous! Another customer came in while I was there and had called her order in stood in line 15 min and nobody ever asked if she needed help!!! Horrible service!! I understand you're busy but dont lie about wait times!!

Got one hot & ready got home it was burnt, returned (i don't live far) was given a fresh one and an apology. Next time around I go the dough was barely cooked and the pizza wasn't even cut! I took it back asked for a refund and was given one and offered another pizza. No thanks I'm done! Used to be a good quick go to for a snack for the kids. They have lost my business!

The food was great, the service was not so good. I believe they're short staffed. They also had a sale going on so that might have been why the wait time was so long. But the food was fresh

Every time I come I order ahead and it's NEVER READY. They NEVER acknowledge that you are in the store. They take their SLOOOOW sweet time no matter how many customers there are!

If there was other pizza as good and cheap I'd go there!

My husband ordered online, when he got it home 2 of the 8 puffs had no dough ( few others had barely any) and the the crazy bread is OLD dough. Crazy bread tasted nasty. ( I worked at a Little Ceasars years ago this was nasty) We will never return to any Little Ceasars.
