Seems lunchtime isn't the time to go to Macados Christiansburg...
Went today sent someone in at 1pm to order food so it would be ready when I got there after my haircut. I walked in at 1:30. no food ??? Finally at 1:45 asked to get the food to go as 45 minutes at lunchtime was unacceptable... The bartender seemed to be a bit stressed seems that had been going on all lunch. We arrived here at 6:50pm. Waitress arrived 10 minutes later took drink order. Came back 10 minutes later took food order, husband got a salad, I got a hot dog and fries. 20 minutes later salad came out with no dressing, after waiting another 5 or so minutes we flagged down the waitress and asked for dressing, still no hot dog. 30 minutes later my husband found another waitress and asked her to check on hot dog, our waitress showed up and said they are really backed up on to go...read full review
First and last meal at Macado’s. Practically had to beg for silverware. Then, only received forks & Napkins. Salad brought with dinner, not in advance. Not able to eat my chicken Parmesan w/o a knife. Made several attempts to catch waitresses eye, to no avail. Asked another employee for a knife. Had to ask her a 2nd time. Got excuses. Then waitress pops over to ask how meals were. Discussed events. Then she was never seen after that. Had to go to bar, to get Togo boxes and bill....read full review
