Asked for a chicken ceasar salad wrap and it came out with the thickest chicken and one piece of lettuce - my sons pizza was plopped on top of his tator tots worst experience ever gross !

Had an early dinner with my family there today Ordered a picture of beer and two cocktails waited 45 minutes for our drinks then our appetizers came out and our food right on top of each other. Totally unacceptable. They were not that busy. The bar was definitely not busy. Two people in the bar service has been gradually getting bad there today was just unacceptable. Think twice before you go there to eat.

Drinks from bar came 1 minute before appetizers. Never received refills on our teas. Waited over 15 minutes for server to get our payment. Place was not busy!!!! Saw no teamwork!!!!

No matter how many times I ask for no Bacon on the potato skins.....full of bacon ...even the ticket says no bacon....this has happened so many times....every..... single.....time....I am not wasting my money anymore.... lesson learned....the take out is horrible always wrong

Wonderful friendly servers! Kitchen is fast and food excellent! It's hidden in downtown Christiansburg, but well worth the search!

Bartender lady is rude and won't even speak to you or look at you. Do you think that's an acceptable way to treat people who come into your store? Manager is a simp and mindlessly defends his employees. If you have a pickup order they ignore you while you just stand there. Seen multiple people walk out because nobody would help them and the place wasn't even busy.

I do not recommend Macado's in Christiansburg on wing night.We came early at 540 pm. Restaurant was mostly empty except for the bar. We placed our order within 5 minutes of seating. It took one hour and 20 minutes to get our wing order and the wings were stone cold and nasty. The rest of our order was okay. Super sweet tea and garlic bread order..no garlic or butter on our bread. Asked for celery twice and never received it. After hour and a half asked for manager and was told she was too busy to hear our complaint.literally.They took off 15.00 after we addressed this again. I used to love going there. This time I felt unwelcome and resented as a guest. Not worth the wait, the frustration or the bother. So disappointed in Macado's! Do better!!!! Not your customers fault for your staffing or management issues..WOW!!!

I arrived when it was starting to get very busy. My food came out wrongly ordered and cold (chicken broccoli penne alfredo). I ordered grilled chicken, but it came out breaded chicken. My waitress was apologetic and kind, and stated the kitchen messed up my order because it was so busy. Understandable. I wasn't upset. She offered to have it remade but I didn't have time to stay longer than I expected. She took it off the bill and I only paid for the Ice cream dessert I ordered. It was good.
I've had the chicken broccoli penne alfredo at the Macados location in Bluefield, VA and it's delicious. I'll try the Christiansburg location again when it's not so busy. I like the layout and atmosphere better here than the Bluefield location.
