Babysitting grandchildren, wanted chocolate milkshakes but no chocolate had to order strawberry. Ordered three cheeseburgers which one had no hamburger patty and was barely wrapped, such a disappointment, must be in a rush but it’s hurting their business
Won’t visit anytime soon
When you pay $10+ for a meal, you’d think they could at least fill up the medium fry carton. It was literally less than a small fry. I also had to wait 10 minutes just to get the fries. When I went inside, they tried to play it off as if that’s how it normally comes. They didn’t admit fault or even try to make it right.

Overall, this McDonald's usually delivers the expected quality, with staff who sometimes go above and beyond to ensure good customer service.
