Ordered a large #2 combo. Was charged for a medium combo and gave a medium combo. When I received the food and explained I ordered a large combo, the worker said “well you paid for a medium” and didn’t even offer to fix the order for me. PATHETIC place. I don’t understand what I have to do to just get what I order. Nothing more, and nothing less. I don’t know how to put into words how pathetic ordering food at McDonald’s has become.

Had a great experience at this McDonald’s tonight! The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the highlight was the young lady working the drive-thru window. She was super friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude—it really made my night. It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about customer service. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a double quarter pounder cheeseburger with 2 extra patties and upon inspection it had one less patty than I had ordered. I told the staff about it they said to keep the original and they made me a fresh cheeseburger. They promptly brought out the food and in addition to the original cheeseburger they added a large fry (for having to wait) which was enough food for myself but also for bringing home to my wife and kid. The food was piping hot and looked like it was freshly cooked. The cheeseburger was so big my wife could not even finish it all. They could have just added another patty but they went above and beyond what was needed. Thank you McDonald's for the great customer service today.

These high reviews are based on experiences with other McDonald's not comparably to other restaurants in the area. It's McDonald's we all know what we should expect from here and this McDonald's usually delivers exactly what they should.
Ordered the mcrib with no sauce or pickles. It came with extra sauce and pickles. The manager was exceptional!! She corrected my order , explained that the register allows this order but the system switches it to regular when sent to the back. She gave me free large fries and the corrected order! And they were fantastic.

I haven’t eaten at this location in years. Was back in town and in a hurry, I took a chance. Ordered a number seven, like always (two cheeseburger meal) with no pickles on either burger. They, yet again, could not make that. One burger had no onions and the second one had pickles but no onions. It’s not hard people!

I know it not easy working fast food, as I have done it. But screwing up a simple order. Two egg biscuits and a pumpkin spice coffee. Want I got was one egg biscuit and a plain biscuit, and a coffee that taste like coffee & milk. Do better. I know its a busy time in the morning but still.
