This McDonald’s is really good they serve hot and tasty food here. It’s definitely better and serves fresher food than the Blacksburg McDonald’s!

Picked up order at drive thru. Went back to work to eat lunch. 20 PC. Nuggets were coated in something sandy and gritty, every bite I took was gritty, like it was covered in sand or shattered glass. I could not finish eating them. Check your nuggets.

I’ve been in Virginia for 3 weeks now. I’ve visited this store 3 times. All 3 times ive received my food about 20 mins after I ordered and it was all cold every time. They don’t care whatsoever for the curbside customers so don’t order online. All around completely disappointed. And I eat at ALOT of McDonalds from all across the US. Go to the next one.

Fries were extremely stale, went back to get them remade and got them in the exact same condition
Went here, employee was visibly sick and running to bathroom to vomit, customer called and asked manager if she was ok and was laughed off and told it was acid reflux, DO NOT EAT HERE both because sick people are being forced to work with the food and BECAUSE THE MONSTER OF A MANAGER is allowing this
