I think I have been here one time when the fries weren't super fresh. I'm almost always handed my good with a word of caution about the fries being hot and it's never wrong! Staff are also very friendly & kind. I will go out of my way to visit this location over the Franklin St location because these folks are so much better.

Showed up on December 6th because it was my birthday and the app told me I had a “ free treat” so I went into the store to redeem it and I was told to push a bunch of buttons on my app to activate my reward. After waiting about 10 minutes doing just as she asked I was told “ we can’t do nothing for you, it must be redeemed though the app” I don’t know how to get it redeemed through the app and neither did they, but I feel like they should be trained on how to do so, and if not then they should at least check your id to verify your birthday and do something for you anyways. I would have been happy with a free fry or a free cone. Even a discount would have sufficed but I did t receive anything. The managers name that was “ helping “ me and told me they can’t do anything for me is named Sara . She’s an older lady with grey hair. Nobody I spoke with knew anything about how this works. I feel that if they advertise free stuff on your birthday and I take the chance to have my information sold to third party’s by entering my birthday I should be given what is promised . Very disappointed in this issue.

Sunday morning, the store is loaded with guests and delivery orders are back to back. I made three trips in today to pick up orders and each time the order was ready in just minutes. They do a fantastic job keeping up with the busy hectic morning rush.
Parking: They have a lot that wraps entirely around the store to accommodate large numbers of guests. Even those in large trucks or busses.
Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a happy meal? They offer birthday party options and specialized gift cards, and you can even purchase toys separately.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide double doors and handicapped seating inside.

They're iced coffee is the best priced... Too bad's not consistent, so I keep instant coffee on me.Because sometimes it's completely watered down. Now, anything on the menu? Food is totally overhyped. It's decent, I, if i'm going to order to usually the fish or chicken nuggets.. It's not as good as I remember it. I usually only go for the coffee. And might pick up a snack if i'm there.

10/22 The boys at the drive-through were entertaining themselves by providing different items from what was ordered. I know it's hard being young and it's partially my fault for stopping at McDonald's, but it was really unfortunate waste of time when I'm hurrying to get Holme. One of them went so far as to tell me they had a menu item. They didn't actually have and tried to give me something else when I got to the window. Strange vibes all around.

I normally eat here with my boyfriend and daughter but this place is getting nastier every time. The food it self is cold then the people there have been and are normally rude to the pointwe don't even go in anymore.its just a shame. Used to love coming here.

Would not give refund for mobile order tried to call then had a friend go there. The guy wouldnt give his name or corporates numbers plus the he looked nasty and didn’t have name badge on. Left the food, frozen drink was half melted bag was open sitting on the table. I want a full refund.

Girl handing out food is rude. Asked for my daughter chocolate milk and she threw it in my daughter happy meal on top of her food. Sorry but that was rude and unacceptable. They proceeded to tell the guy manager standing there they she was gonna smack me through the window. McDonald's needs to have better employees. I will never come back to this location!
