This is such an amazing coffee stop at the mall. The owner is really nice and they have amazing coffee! The price is also reasonable.

Wonderful coffee shop right in the heart of Uptown Mall in Christiansburg, Virginia.
They have the most delicious and delectable coffees. Flavors you would never imagine. All flavors I have tried so far. Taste wonderful and have a beautiful aroma to them. They have pumpkin spice coffee all year round. My favorite coffees here are Cafe Mocha Hot and the Mexican chocolate frappuccino. They have smoothies and tea as well. Those are all delicious too. Their chai latte you've got to try. ☕
Parking: Plenty of parking outside the mall. Coffee shop is at the heart of the mall.
Kid-friendliness: Nice calm spot. They also have smoothies and other snacks
Wheelchair accessibility: The mall is wheelchair accessible so coffee shop is wheelchair accessible.

Charged $4 for a cup of milk for a toddler. Way to capitalize.
I wish I could give an additional zero star because the guy working there called me out on my review in the mall. He told me to go to the store and buy all the milk I wanted. I will never be stopping back here.

**DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY**I ordered an iced Americano, but it tasted like nothing and had a lot of ground coffee in it. I only realized this when I walked to the next shop. I couldn't drink it! I went back and asked for a new one, but the owner refused, saying they couldn't remake it because I had already left the shop. Very disappointed with both the quality and the service.

My friend went here for a coffee on March 26th 2024. It's important to note that he has a milk allergy and requested to have almond milk in his coffee. Regular milk was put in instead and I watched him steadily have a luckily mild allergic reaction but he had to go home from class none the less. This is one of reasons I won't be coming here again because it's just a good example how inaccessible restaurants or food places have become for people with allergies. It was an easy mistake but it was an important one that I believe could happen again at this place. As an add on, I personally have come here before and enjoyed the food and beverages just fine but it's nothing special. The prices are also a little out there for food that isn't made fresh basing on the fact the food comes in plastic packaging similar to that of Walmart's bakery. If you can go to some other small business like Space Rabbit instead.

They have great vanilla frappes!
Very nice employees, service was fast and friendly - but I'm pretty sure it's just instant coffee with flavor packs because it doesn't smell or TASTE like coffee it just LOOKS like coffee - my caramel macchiato basically tasted like hot sweetened water with milk powder - HINT of caramel, no coffee flavor ?

Got a caramel frap and it cost $10 with a $2 tip. That’s insane especially because it had NO caramel or coffee flavor. It was literal just milk with a hint of caramel. I asked for a double shot of espresso and I’m usually wired after but this one didn’t hit at all. Complete waste of money.

Outstanding coffee, fairly priced, and politely delivered by staff. The owner, "Sam," runs an excellent operation!

Amazing coffee and fast service. The sugar free snickers latte was delicious! I was extremely satiated due to not being able to consume sugar as a result of my IBS. Rarely crowded because it is in the mall which is basically a ghost town these days.
Cute little coffee stand in the NRV mall. Baked goods are quite good, perfectly moist, not too dry or too sweet, my favorite is their chocolate muffin. Caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks available, including hot teas and various bottled drinks such as juices. I've enjoyed their iced chai, marbled mocha, Azteca mocha (really good and not too spicy or sweet), and hot chocolates so far and they've all been quite good, not too sweet like Starbucks tends to be, and they have nice sugar free varieties too. Plenty of seating because it's the mall, they've got couches and rocking chairs and tables.

You get about what you expect of a mall coffee shop. If you like Starbucks or other big brand coffee, you will enjoy their drinks. You get the mall atrium atmosphere but they do make it comfortable with plenty of good tables. The service is friendly and quick but if you're looking for fine coffee or interesting treats, you will not find it. (Thus the 3 stars.) They do have an extensive tea selection, sodas, the usual big coffee drink menu, and a selection of baked goods and some candy.
Kid-friendliness: A good place to stop and refuel with a smoothie, soda, or whatever while shopping. Always kind about bringing snacks for my kids while have a drink.
