Made a reservation a day in advance for a birthday celebration even confirmed over the phone by someone that worked there to make sure that the reservation was made. Got there early for our reservation the next day and was told by someone that worked there that managers are able to just “takeoff reservations for what they see fit” very disappointed in the service when walking in the door, knowing that you had made a reservation for a celebration and yet it was somehow removed or taken off the list. Was also told that reservations are considered a waitlist and they’re not “real reservations “quote that there were other people Walking in that had reservations made and were being seated. We ended up having to wait an additional 30 to 35 minutes for a table when we were supposed to have a scheduled reservation. Only thing that was done to solve this issue was two free appetizers. We constantly had to check in about a table from our long wait and they kept telling us that the tables were being cleaned and that it would just be 10 to 15 minutes that turned into a 35 minute wait. Our waitress Tesla was really nice to us and made sure that our celebration was special. However, I do think Outback handled our experience very poorly with lack of accountability for their mistake.

I’ve been at this Outback about four times now. Always the best service and the best food. The manager here is very nice, going around asking how everyone’s dinner was. I did pick up tonight and the order was perfect and delicious!

Wonderful dining experience! Amara was a top-notch, professional waitress who was in sync with our needs, as were the other servers who waited on us.
Our favorite item was the Blue Cheese Wedge Salad, which was both beautiful & delicious; our entrées were great as always, also the dark bread with real butter they brought for the table.
An altogether perfect meal! TY 💗

First time at this Outback near our hotel. The experience was typical, though the service was slower than we have been accustomed to. We were seated right away, but it was almost 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink orders. Likewise, it took a long time for our food to be delivered. It was a Monday night and the restaurant was only half full, yet things were running slowly. The food was good and steaks were cooked as ordered.

We had a nice dinner at Outback Steakhouse and overall enjoyed the experience. We started with the famous Bloomin’ Onion—crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth the hype! We also tried the Caesar salad and the chili, both of which were tasty and satisfying.

The service was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for the portions. The only downside? We found everything a bit on the salty side, which took away from some of the flavors. That said, we left full and happy. A solid spot for a casual night out—we’ll be back!

Food was good as usual, service was great. We went on Mother's Day and even though it was very crowded.We were surprised how quick service was.
Food was brought out promptly. Services very friendly. If I did have one concern on this trip.It would be that the steak was ordered medium and came out medium rare.Be very careful on that when you order to specify which type of medium

We go here for our anniversaries. Love it!

I've never had a bad meal here granddaughters favorite steak place. Plus wait staff are super friendly.
