Chase at this location is amazing. Always super helpful and patient no matter how ridiculous my request might be. We also went less than 30 min before closing..The food is consistently fresh and the service makes this my favorite Panda location in the area!

I love this location! The staff are always very sweet and helpful. I went in tonight for dinner around 9:10pm and before I could even order, one of the wok chefs came up to me and told me he’d make string bean chicken for me. That’s one of the only things I can order, due to some dietary restrictions. Usually there’s a wait for it, which I don’t mind! — But it was really nice having someone remember me (and what I typically order) and cook a portion just for me. I wish I could remember his name.

I ordered a bigger plate of food that is what they call it when you purchase 3 meets and one side and I have gotten the smallest order that I ever have gotten from Panda Express. I have gotten 4 pieces of shrimp. 4 supposed to be 6, but I only got 4. If you're real lucky, you can get 8, but I called and threw a fit, and they said that they remembered me, and they gave me. 6 pieces of shrimp, but no, it was 4, and getting shrimp. There is like pulling teeth. They do not want to get rid of that shrimp. I paid a $50 extra for it. And she argued with me on the phone, she was right and I was wrong. And I'm the customer over 2 pieces of shrimp, but she gave me 4 pieces of shrimp. Unbelievable This place is going getting worser and worser, and it's the place on peppersferry road beside the mall in Christiansburg, Virginia.

Food was fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly and efficient.

I ordered through Uber Eats and by mistake marked it as delivered. I called the store 10 times to report the problem and they provided very poor service and to top it off, they didn't cancel the order, which they charged me for. The truth is 0 out of 10

I don’t know why they can’t get rice right at the panda express in Christiansburg. I try to give it a chance every once in a while every couple of months I’ll try getting right again and it is always undercooked. Tonight it was like eating sand. Rice is not that hard to get right. If you buy into it and the center is still hard. That means it’s undercooked. Can we please train the people at the Christiansburg and panda express on how to cook rice

Staff was very personable

Noodles are dry and chicken is just bread this is not authentic
