Amazing service! A staff member named Angi was extremely kind and helpful. I had accidentally ordered the wrong bread online, and she quickly changed it to what I needed without any hesitation. She was very soft-spoken and polite throughout the interaction. Even though she wasn’t late, she still apologized for a small delay because I had placed two different orders. She prepared one order very fast and patiently waited about three minutes while I completed the other. Overall, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff working behind the counter were super nice and professional.

staff was nice, but proceeded to get my order wrong twice. they gave me half when i ordered a whole, then i went back and they gave me a completely different sandwich?

Got a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup. When I picked up I noticed it was just chicken broth with very little noodles, chicken or carrots. I asked if they could add some as this was just broth. He laughed and said some bags are like that. What?? No offer to give me another kind of soup. So I paid 8.00 for a bowl of Chicken Broth. Horrible food and customer service.

Terrible experience here at Christiansburg Panera today. The tables are taken up by student on their computers, not really buying anything. Waited over 30 minutes for food and then was told they weee out of tomato soup after waiting. We weee so hungry at that point we couldn’t just leave. It did not even “appear “ to be that busy.

I placed an order tonight through the Panera app to get it delivered and after finding out that my DoorDasher either stole the food and tip or just didn’t take it to the right place (either way they wouldn’t answer my messages or call) I called Panera, They were able to help me get my money back. I really appreciate it. Great customer service!

The soup and sandwich was good.
But the bagels were not risen nor baked properly. Sadly I didn't know till I had gotten home.
It was cold in the building and the staff was more concerned about door dash customers than in store customers, which were plenty.
Maybe it was an off day. I hope so.

I’m leaving this out of frustration, when you tell someone it’ll be just a minute, it’s means extremely short wait time, not 15-20 minutes on top of the time you already have waited on the other prior to the “minute” claim, let people know the real times instead of sugar coating wait times so people will be “less pissed” cause it doesn’t work it only pisses people off more

Did a rapid pick up and it was ready 39 minutes after it was supposed to to be ready. Tried to inquire and they just kept saying it’s coming soon. People were entering the store 20 minutes after I arrived and getting their food. Horrible service
