First, I enjoy the soft serve very much. Everyone is very nice, but I would like to address 2 things I take issues with. People are allowed to bring their pets inside the resturant and that is a violation of Health laws in Virginia. Secondly I find there is a great fluctation in the serving size of the cones. When the owner draws the cones you get what you pay for. When the young girls that work there serve them it is nowhere the size you are paying for and it is very irritating...

This is part of our family's sunday ritual. Go to the aquatic center, then to Poppy's for ice cream. My 5 year old loves it! Great service, great ice cream and polish dogs, and kind service!
Just wish the ice cream flavor Sea Turtle was available more often 😄
