My wife and I haven’t been to Red Lobster in Christiansburg since Covid. After hearing about the companies downfalls we were skeptical to come back but sure glad we did. And we were just as surprised and happy to see Alexis still working serving at this location. My wife and I haven’t seen her in years and she still managed to make our experience even better. It was my wife’s 70th birthday and Alexis went out of her way with her great attitude and had us laughing the whole time. The food was delicious as well. She recommended the salmon New Orleans and we will continue to order it from now on. It was delicious! We will be back for the great food, experience and to see Alexis!

The overall experience was just awful. Me, my gf, and daughter went here and everything was absolutely disgusting. My daughter got grilled shrimp and salad she ate all of her salad that may have been the only appeasing thing. Me & my gf got the ultimate feast it was gross .. no seasoning , no flavor just disgusting! They had no soda, only once host, the sever was very slow had to keep reminding her to bring stuff to us. For $150 this was just unacceptable I will stick to Crab Dejour when I want seafood or make my own this place is horrible.
