Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Burgers were dry and didn't seem like beef. Shame as a few years ago they were better. Payment kiosk at the table ruins the experience with interacting with the servers.

Food was good. The burger special was small and we ordered meat and bun only. Came out with cheese. They did fix it. Salad was a good size for the small. Server was good and very busy. He was helpful. Nice experience.

The chicken caesar wrap is definitely not worth. For the price I expected something a little more premium than what anybody with tortilla shells at home can do. Floors were mopped with an oily mop and was like walking on ice trying to leave. Go here for vibes not good value.

I had such a great experience last Sunday! My husband and I walked in and were immediately greeted by wonderful energy from our waitress Tayla. She was absolutely great on top of the food and positivity.

Came in with my coworkers for a meal after a long day. Our server Luke, the cooks, everyone was very kind, friendly and very fast at their jobs. I am beyond amazed with the performance of everyone here. 10/10

I always like going here and in particular this location. The hosts and the server are always polite and engaging. Management makes efforts.to be sure you are enjoying yourself. The food is always good.

Pickup a to go travern burger and fries the burger tasted funny useless the burgers are good .the burger has my stomach upset going to stick with their salads from now on.

We are there about 20 mins ago. I ordered an endless “everything caesar salad” as listed on the menu and she brought me out a ceasar salad with grilled chicken. This is what’s also listed under the normal everything Caesar salad so I didn’t say anything, assuming she was correct. When the bill came, I asked why it wasn’t rang up as the endless Caesar salad to which she said “protein costs money, an endless salad wouldn’t have protein”. when I state that I had ordered the endless salad (which is $10 less and I was trying to stay on a budget), she said “it wouldn’t have had protein” continuing that I should have known better even though I’d specifically asked for what I had wanted. We come here often and I’ve never had this level of disappointment with the service here. We felt like a burden to the server and felt very unhappy with the service received. I ended up spending about $20 more than I had expected because she didn’t listen to my request for the endless salad. I also did not mention grilled chicken once and clearly state endless, so I am unsure why she automatically rang in the more expensive caesar salad.
