Great food and excellent service

Came here right at opening after my step-sister graduated from VT with a table of 16.
The staff kept up with our table well and the food was great!

Great chicken sandwiches. Very accommodating I have IIH and can't eat red meat so I have to do chicken instead.

Glad I no longer work there good riddance

We go to Red Robin all over the country. The Christiansburg location is by far one of the best. The food is always excellent as well as the service. The people here always seem so pleasant.

Good burgers

Something for everyone beyond the killer burgers. Fish and chips with a pint of Guinness for one, and great salads and desserts. The servers are energetic and attentive. A great place to meet for drinks, too, with a full bar and numerous beers on tap.

I had the Double Bacon Cheesburger , it ok, service ok , atmosphere ok , overpriced.

The mushroom Swiss burger and cheese sticks were delicious. I had to take my salad home for later. I had a chocolate Sunday, and that satisfied my sweet tooth. I've already picked out what I'll have next time.

Ordered the BBQ ribs tonight. I have ordered ribs up and down the east coast and I can say. The ribs I attempted to eat and stopped eating half way through, at Red Robin were terrible. Bottom of the barrel. First of all, the ribs had about two inches of bone and 3 inches of nasty cartilage in the meat. The meat itself had a smell that was near the smell of them going bad before cooking. It's that weird putrid smell of almost rotten meat. Then an hour later, I am so nauseous and with upset stomach. Never again Red Robin.

We had an old woman take my order who was acting like we were inconveniencing her. She wouldn’t even wait for me to make a decision on what sauce I wanted before asking my boyfriend what he wanted. She only came back once and wouldn’t wait two seconds for I or my boyfriend to ask for something… I guess at that age, you really don’t want to wait around that long because you could go at any moment…

I recently went to Red Robin for Valentines day, which was also my anniversary. We ordered the Tsunami shrimp appetizer, they were out of shrimp, so the manager gave us a coupon for a free desert. Then the waitress got my food order wrong and then we ordered a desert, which took a 1/2 an hour to get. WHEN we finally got the desert , it was wrong also!! When we went to check out they had charged us for the desert, which we they had given us a coupon for!! The worst service ever!!!

Decent but.... Just subway like results.

We always get good food here. My lack of 5 on food is an appetizer issue, and not just this location. Every time I order the pretzel bites and cheese, we get 1/2 of a tiny cup of cheese for a good-sized basket of bites. One time, I even charged for another 1/2 cup. Do better RR, make it look like the picture in the menu.
