I hot the Loaded Guac Smashed Burger. Two Choice beef smashed patties topped with cheddar, guacamole, bacon pieces. You had two small burgers on it that were very dried out. I wish I would have got the single burger probably would have been a little more moist.

Burger was a little over cooked. I think if I would’ve said something they would have made it right, but I didn’t. As always the salad bar was great! I don’t have a RT’s near me any longer so took full advantage while in town.

Food had a very good taste, but it had more bones than meet, the value didn't reflect the price, I would eat there again, but I would give better instructions and ask more questions about the food !

Could be a little more cleaner. Food was all over the floor from previous customers. Dirty plates sat at tables for awhile before someone cleaned up but didn't clean the floor of food. Salad bar was dirty

My wife and I went here for the first time and it'll likely be the last. Our server was awesome, extremely nice and helpful and did a terrific job taking care of us (the only reason the review gets 2 stars). Most of the food was VERY bland. Added a ton of salt which I normally stay away from all together just to get a hint of flavor. My wife ordered chicken fingers which we both agreed tasted like the frozen tyson chicken fingers from the grocery store. I ordered fish and chips which the fish actually was pretty decent. Our fries were almost goey on the outside and yet hard on the inside and tasted like eating air, absolutely ZERO flavor. Presnetation wise our fries literally looked thrown on thr plate with my wifes chicken and my fish just tossed on top. The tartar sause and slaw was equvelent to two iteral spoonfuls and also just sat on top of the food in their small metalic bowls. The slaw tasted like water soaked cabbage instead of including other incorporated flavors. Based off of these 2 dishes wouldn't recommend to our dog not to mention an actual paying customer.

I ordered DoorDash from here with directions to leave off tomatoes because of an allergy, and my order arrived with tomatoes. I called them, and they were willing to remake it, if I could come pick it up. I didn’t mind doing that, and they made it correctly the second time. However I also ordered the cookie skillet. When I got back home, I noticed that the cookie was white chocolate macadamia nut, rather than the chocolate chip that I ordered. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew I wasn’t going to get chocolate chip. Maybe that doesn’t sound like a big deal, but I can’t eat nuts either. You should let people know if they’re going to get something that differs from what is offered on the menu. Over all, the quality of the food was not worth the price, the drive, or the effort.
