Waiting in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Finally got up there and they were out of what I want so I ordered something else. Got up to the window and they handle me something completely different from what I order. With not be going again.

The worst fast food restaurant in the world staff is no help. I ordered curbside which is supposed to be faster I ordered before I left for lunch and wasted my whole lunch for a meal that I never received had to call corporate to get a refund. They don't even answer the phone in the restaurant smh I will never dine here again.

I was too excited to get the #16 breakfast burrito. Talked with Stephanie about the differences between the options to confirm exactly what I wanted (bacon egg cheese sausage and tots)…I think one could understand why I am so disappointed. I thought I was waiting so long because they wanted to get it absolutely perfect 🙃

It would be faster to go to roanoke and get sonic than it would be to get your order here. Took over 25 minutes for a water, cherry limeade, and ocean water

Insufferably slow service. Fast food is supposed to be fast. I feel like this stems from lack of work force from really low wages. The franchisee of this store must be very hard to work for, it shows in the employees facial expressions that they also don’t like being there and know it’s slow, but are limited by the fact that the owner won’t pay better, so no one want to work there.

Wonderful place some lady named Tina she was very wonderful and very nice and polite wonderful experience.. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. They're shake menu it's just a crave for.. and a drink menu with all sorts of choices. A lot better than 6 months ago what's the environment an atmosphere of this place.

It took over 30 minutes to receive 3 Slush drinks. They were melted and very full of syrup. No apologies for the long wait or an acknowledgement that we had waited so long.
