I thought I received the wrong item just to find out I ordered the wrong thing on accident. The sweet worker remade the item for me even after I let her know it was a mess up on my end! 10/10 service!

I had sat at the window for over 45 minutes waiting for a singular pretzel and ocean water earlier this week and the day before that they had my order all messed up. I called and talked to a manager (Heaven) and explained everything. I'll just say she handled everything perfectly and I was so pleased. She was so kind and fixed everything.. she went above and beyond for us. She needs a raise, but to the other two women i didn't catch names of y'all could definitely take some tips from her customer service skills!

I had a terrible experience with the woman who took my order. She was extremely rude and spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and racially biased. It was completely uncalled for.
After taking my order, she didn’t repeat it back to confirm, and it turns out she never even submitted it. I waited for my food, but nothing came. I tried calling back to follow up, but she completely ignored my call.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. No one should be spoken to that way or have their order disregarded. I will not be returning and I strongly urge others to think twice before supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior.
