I got the double smash burger, it was very good. Got a small order of onion rings, VERY disappointed. Ive always said sonic is the best at onion rings, but not at this establishment. I could barely eat them, hard chewy texture, unusual coating, like it had cornmeal in it. A couple were very hard to the point I could not eat them. Service was typical. If I return, sadly, I will not get onion rings.

#16 with tots. They are Luke warm at best and way over cooked. Almost afraid of chipping a tooth on them. Burrito has 2 pieces of sausage the size of a nickel. 1 piece of bacon and 3 rock hard tots and an over cooked egg. BIG TIME DISAPPOINTING. Wife and kids have had problems there also. Forever to get your food and something is left out usually. I use to love Sonic but this trip was my last. Food is to expensive to get results like we have recently.

Wonderful place some lady named Tina she was very wonderful and very nice and polite wonderful experience.. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. They're shake menu it's just a crave for.. and a drink menu with all sorts of choices. A lot better than 6 months ago what's the environment an atmosphere of this place.

Last few times we’ve gone, the BLT toasters always have super sad lettuce and they forget the mayo on the BLT sandwich…every. Single. Time.
Fries were cold. The cheese for the cheese fries didn’t melt.
And no more little peppermints at the bottom of your to go bag!

Placed a mobile order online the carhop Caroline was very rude. My drinks were the wrong size. She tried to give an attitude and say that it was rung in as the way that she handed it to me. I reread over my receipt and I was correct I had asked twice for a drink carrier. I had multiple drinks and she brings me a 2 cup carrier and just walks away Was very rude from the beginning and I probably will not be having her again.

I had sat at the window for over 45 minutes waiting for a singular pretzel and ocean water earlier this week and the day before that they had my order all messed up. I called and talked to a manager (Heaven) and explained everything. I'll just say she handled everything perfectly and I was so pleased. She was so kind and fixed everything.. she went above and beyond for us. She needs a raise, but to the other two women i didn't catch names of y'all could definitely take some tips from her customer service skills!
