I’ve gone to this Starbucks probably 10 times and I’ve gotten handed the incorrect drink three times in the drive thru, be sure to double check the baristas hand you the correct drink because it seems to be a problem here for some reason.

Stopped here to get a frappe bathrooms were terribly dirty. The rest of the store was not much better. Food on the floors and in the chairs. Our frappes 1 vanilla bean and 1 caramel crunch were more milk than anything. Neither one of us could taste in coffee in them. They were much lighter in color than our usual place in Wytheville. We don't plan on stopping here again.

Used to be extremely good but recently they have been messing up drinks, and it wouldn’t be a big deal but when I’m paying north of $8 for a drink I expect to be able to drink it

It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get one sandwich. They forgot about us twice. Claimed they put the sandwich in the pickup area already (and didn't), and didn't even label the sandwich when they did put it in the pickup area.
My husband and I were traveling through on way out of state and were not impressed.

We are traveling, since I just wanted coffee I let my wife go first. After helping her the barrister left, and started helping the other barristers in the automobile line. The only reason I stayed is we were waiting on my wife's order, which completed just as a second barrister took my order.
