Shelby is fabulous! She is always kind and friendly, and often the only barista who even looks up when you walk in the store. The drinks are great, but I’ll keep coming back to this location, thanks to the wonderful Ms Shelby.

went through the drive through and waited 15 minutes for one grande coffee that was sitting on the counter the whole time. awful service, kept calling from the window and was ignored. all they had to say was “sorry about that”. Would not recommend going there again. Drive a little farther and avoid this one.

I’m typically not much of a Starbucks fan, but this one is really nice and feels like a more of a true coffee shop vibe. You will be served in a mug if you dine in. Drive through is great service, too.

Good but not the Starbucks I remember when they first opened. The lounge is not cozy and the staff were not as friendly or neat! Prices were a little expensive, but they always have been. I must say I was disappointed in the experience.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks in Christiansburg! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and service was quick even during a busy time. The store was clean and well-kept, with a comfortable atmosphere to relax or get some work done. Plenty of parking nearby made it convenient, and the location is easy to access. Drinks were made perfectly and tasted fresh. A great stop for coffee lovers in the area!

I have the absolute worst experiences here at this starbucks and I've never had any at any other locations. Today i placed a order for this location. Not only did it take 15 mins to get my coffee when the app said only 3 to 6 but they made it hot when it was supposed to be cold, then remade it but put it in tall cup when it was supposed to be a grande.. literally have never had my coffee right from this loction... ever. I wouldn't even give it a star but that's the only way to leave a review.
I had placed a mobile order today and I went to go pick it up not long after I had placed the order. I arrive to pick up the order and it looked so unppatizing. It was all melted and it had barely any coffee in it. It was basically just foam. So disappointing! Especially for what i paid for it.

Went through the drive tru and got a cookie and asked for a iced coffee of there choice and they acted like they couldn't do that i have never had any issues before ever and the drink i did get tasted like water and no flavor
