I always order a large white chocolate mocha with 5 shots of expresso, 7 pumps of caramel syrup and 7 pumps of the white chocolate syrup. It is so good and you aren't going to sleep for a while when you're drinking this cups of coffee.

Informed by barista that they did not have coffee after waiting at the register for 15 minutes. No one else in line. Told that coffee machine down since august. 1st for me, starbucks without coffee and barista with attitude.

Nice in store coffee/food spot. Great that it now offers ordering ahead online. Does only have one or two persons at any time so may be a little bit longer of a wait for your wares but the staff is usually working hard to churn it all out.
Had the worst experience ever at this Starbucks! The young girl that worked there never acknowledged me standing there as she walked past me a couple times. Finally asked what I wanted and not in a very pleasant way, but she could be having a bad morning. So what got me was I asked for a caramel frappachino and I kept waiting and waiting until I finally asked if she forgot me. She stated she did not and handed me a hot drink cup that had sit there awhile too. I told her I ordered a caramel frappachino and she states, "No you didn't, you ordered a cappuccino". Then I replied, "No I don't like those, I ordered a frappachino!". She said to me (very hateful too), "NO you didn't" and walked away!!!? I will not go back there.

Rude employee taking the order. Instead of greeting the customers with good morning, she said ‘what do you want?!’If there was a zero star for customer service, this experience definitely qualifies.
