Not bad for fast food

My grandfather and I were ordering 5 footlongs. One was a chicken bacon ranch, its been twice now that they have not put bacon on it. On top of that the woman that made our subs had been rude the entire time. It was a bad experience over all, will not be going back.

100% done giving my money to this areas franchise. I’ll pay full price and then be either missing toppings for the online order, in the past had called and was told to come back for a remake, yet can’t do that on a 30 min lunch or I come in on my lunch break in hopes it’ll be made right, just to get 2 pieces of ham for a 6in while paying full price. More like a mayonnaise sandwich than anything lol. I love subway, but we’re done here.

Bread was over cooked or left from yesterday. Crumbling and hard. So disappointing..try a different subway I will next time.😞

Two girls working laughing and joking wasting time, had our mobile order sitting out behind them for 30 min with us waiting in the store for them to just give it to us. That's literally what the mobile pickup shelf is for. We had to wait for them to serve multiple other people. What is the point of a mobile order then? What a joke. It's something every time we try to eat here

Poor service, gentleman never gets it right always missing several veggies I requested online, the bread was dry. He cannot seem to focus. I have to get back in line and request a cup, he never apologies. I won’t be back at this location. (3) times this has happened when he is working.

If the handles on the paper bags always break, boxes would be a better option if you have to carry food out by the bottom. I vote for subway using boxes instead of paper bags :) someone may be angry if they drop $60 worth of subs or something, and have to then ask for a refund or remake. I’m just saying.. 📦 😊

They a lot of times do not have your food ready on time. At lunch this is important because you don’t want to spend your whole lunch period waiting on food you ordered early so you’ll have it on time. Their vegetables are def not fresh bread is good. I don’t write reviews or complain but today I had to wait half of my lunch time for it to be ready to get a sub that was just bread meat cheese and mayo. I could hardly eat it. I usually come every week regardless cause I want a sub from there but I think this will be my last one for awhile. I know things happen but still. I’ve looked over not getting cookies I’d ordered and waiting long on orders but who orders nothing on a sub from subway. My ticket was right.

Serena was amazing! Every time I visit this store she’s in here with an amazing attitude willing to work hard and provide service/ hospitality to the best of her abilities. Definitely the back bone of this location.

The lady was making sandwiches and training. She was super, but it seems there should be 2 people when training a new hire.
Sandwiches are good but not as hearty as hearty as Jetsey Mikes or Jimmy Johns. Maybe Subway bread is too big?
