Whenever I order a sub from here via the app it is NEVER made correctly. I ordered a turkey sandwich with provolone, lettuce, tomato, extra cucumber, light onion, green pepper, mayo and red wine vinegar. What did I get? A turkey sub with provolone, lettuce, no tomato, extra onion, 4 cucumbers, no mayo, no red wine vinegar. This is the 3rd time this has happened. My friend ordered a tuna sub with American cheese and it was made with shredded? What the heck. Clearly some of the people who work here can’t read nor follow directions.

Toilet in the men's bathroom was backed up to the point of almost overflowing. I reported it to the staff and they told me "yeah we know, you just have to be careful." What kind of answer is that?!?! We all used the women's room.Food was good, though!

I am part of a whole bus load of fifth graders who showed up and slammed this little store on 4/20. The staff were so great! They worked so hard and were so helpful. Just wanted to say they were amazing.

Getting much worse than they used to be. I usually order on the subway app and it takes around 45 min to get the food if they even get it right. I used to be able to order and be at the store within 20m and it would be waiting. I got there today at 30m and the sandwiches weren't even started yet

I've ordered from this location and also the peppers ferry location. Downtown never reads the instructions when you order thru the app for pick up. FTLong PRO. Is what we order and we always get just a regular ft long. I have called the manager and she explained to me she's talked to the employees but they don't listen. She told me to bring back the sub. I explained it was dinner and I want going somewhere else when I've done paid for these subs. Just happened again 03/22/23
