When I came into the restaurant, there was a line of people, and this one lady was talking to the cashier. As soon as the customer left, the worker told everyone in the store how she is mad and “hates working in food services”. She said this directly to customers. Then I finally received my pickup order after having to wait longer, which wasn’t even good. My sandwich was soggy and poorly made. Unprofessional and poor food quality.

Most of the time when I get subway everything is alright or great. Tonight’s service was just terrible. The toasted the bun twice. The meat was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. I’m not sure if it’s because of new personnel, but my experience tonight was terrible.

We came to Subway with the intent to use a BOGO free coupon for a 12-in sub. After we ordered and presented the coupons on, the employee at the counter (Shannon) informed us they do not honor ANY BOGO coupons. Even though the coupon specifically mentions the Christiansburg and Blacksburg locations and doesn’t expire until Feb 2026. The food was standard Subway food (except they no longer have iced tea) but it’s disappointing they wouldn’t honor the valid BOGO coupon. I asked for the manager’s contact information to get clarification on why they don’t honor coupons, but she refused to provide the managers name or contact information.

Well... The food is subway standard.. I had a mobile order. I ordered around 818p. The app said pickup at 835... I get there at 834.. and had to wait until 856.. it would have been faster to just go in and order. To top it off they out mayo on a sandwich I didn't ask for mayo on. Also the tables were sticky and the wallpaper peeling off the walls.
I can't look at my online order so maybe I didn't unselect the mayo. But having to wait another 20 minutes for a mobile order was frustrating.

I have a 30min lunch break. It should be enough to get a sandwich but instead both employee’s only made mobile orders and made me wait 25 minutes until I gave up and left. I was at the front of the line and never even got to order for 25 minutes. At the very least they could alternate online vs in person orders but personally I think expecting someone to wait longer than 25min to order a sandwich is crazy.

We ordered a 6 inches roast beef sub and was only given a very small amount of meat. Had to request more. I ordered a salad with ham and only got 2 pieces of ham. The salad bowl was small and was only half full. I asked for 2 cups of ranch. They were only half full as well. The cashier's were polite but I'm not sure why they were trained to give such small portions.

I ordered a footlong for takeout, I got home and found that they had gotten the order completely wrong. The wrong Toppings, no cheese, no sauce. Very disappointed.

The “Beast” Master

This place used to be great, but the old veterans are long gone, and it shows. Now, you’ll be waiting forever for your food, and when you finally get it, they skimp on the meat like never before, so skimpy, it might as well be considered NSFW.

On the bright side, at least the food is actually hot when it’s supposed to be and cold when it should be, which is more than I can say for a lot of places around here. That alone barely scrapes it up to two stars.

Used to be the best store in town, we t last night and two new people were working together and they were prioritizing the line and putting off the mobile orders for hours.

It took them over an hour to get through 6 people and it took them 1hr 50min from the time it was supposed to be done to actually be made and then they were stingy with everything on it.

Just stay away for a while until management fixes this.
