You should check your bags to make sure your order is correct. You should also check to make sure they are made right. We got food from here and first the order was wrong and the order was had. There was no meat or fillings in anything. There is a taco bell in Blacksburg that is decent or the one in fairlawn. This was so sad. I really hope they will refund the order as it felt like we just got robbed for some tortillas and a sprinkle of cheese

My boyfriend and I eat here quite often because we are both very busy the food is decent and the price is as well. The employees are always nice and patient they run the drive thru very quickly so you always get your food in a timely manner. Unlike some fast food places that you have to sit in the drive thru forever then wait even longer for the drive thru employee to take your order ,then the window to pay then the final window to get your order.
Got the nachos Bell Grande. Very tasty. Got the Mexican Pizza also very tasty 😋

I went through the drive through tonight and the lady working the register was super sweet. She double checked my online order and took a special request. The customer service at this location is great.
Sunday night around 21:30 we went to Taco Bell in Christiansburg, and got one of the cantina cravings boxes. Specifically with the chalupas, we also got a personal size pizza and breadsticks. When we got home and got the food out; we were missing a chalupa, the food was sad. Barely anything in the burritos, tacos and the one chalupa we did get just barely had anything in it. And it was all flopped over like they had just grabbed a chalupa shell tossed a little meat and sour cream in it and shoved it closed. The cantina “ chicken tacos” literally had a teeny tiny piece of chicken at the back of the taco. The rest was just lettuce and some cheese. The pizza was stale and cold, the breadsticks were very stale; like they had been sitting there all day. They were cold and hard, we paid a little over 32.00 for food that looked like it came out of the trash from the day before then was stuck in a warmer. Every time we go through the drive through the food is terrible. They either forget some or half of the food and/or it’s not even worth what we’ve paid for it.

The late night shift makes the grilled cheese burrito completely different than the day shift.. how tall is she made the same either way order extra sour cream don't ever get it.. clearly night shift does not know how to make the grilled cheese burrito..

Ordered two Crunchwraps, one without tomato, three Fiesta Potatoes, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and a Five Layer burrito.
The crunchwrap without tomato was burnt. The crunchwrap with tomato was nothing BUT tomato and cheese, and also burnt. The Gordita Crunch was NOT in the bag. The five layer had no beef.
We had also ordered a Gelato, which we were not aware was almost 5$ for 3oz of overpriced lime gelato. This is, however, not on the restaurant, and on Taco Bell corporate.
However, what IS on the restaurant is when we ordered a Vanilla Limonada Freeze the months before: an item that's 5$ on their board: and was hit with a 8.50$ charge for the item.
We had gotten a diet drink as well which was not only not labeled as diet, but also had almost no syrup in it, making it nothing more than green-tinted carbonated water.
This location has been consistently getting worse since 2020. Do not order here unless you're OK with missing food, food made improperly, improperly labeled drinks, and rude staff during the evening.
However, late-night and morning staff are kinder and tend to make the food properly.
