I wish I could give a good review. Somehow every time I come to this location my order is missing items or is very wrong. Fast food becomes slow and crappy when you have to wait for adjustments as your other food gets cold. I won't be coming back to this location.

Owners need to realize that when you can’t hire enough help to run the restaurant then it’s time to close. I love Taco Bell and I travel. The last 2 times I was in the area and came here to eat you couldn’t get waited on. You were forced to order at the kiosk, only one person in the restaurant knew how to print your receipt and he was too busy to do it. They set your food on the counter and walked off without even speaking. If they left something off you couldn’t get them to the counter to help. Time to shut it down I’d say.

Potatoes burnt twice in a row. Both potato soft tacos absolutely ruined. Don’t mind if the food looks like it’s been thrown on the ground as long as it tastes good. Zero stars for food.

You should check your bags to make sure your order is correct. You should also check to make sure they are made right. We got food from here and first the order was wrong and the order was had. There was no meat or fillings in anything. There is a taco bell in Blacksburg that is decent or the one in fairlawn. This was so sad. I really hope they will refund the order as it felt like we just got robbed for some tortillas and a sprinkle of cheese
