My group orders TB often for delivery. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to us and the apps won't let us order from a better one. Our orders are consistently wrong, missing ingredients, or missing items entirely, almost every time. I've mentioned this to DoorDash so many times, they flag my request for review. Specifically, today, I ordered the Flamin’ Hot® Grilled Cheese Burrito and received a grilled cheese burrito with ONLY refried beans, cheese, and sour cream. Refried beans isn’t even in the burrito I ordered. The main ingredients were all missing. And this happens almost every order! Update 12/17/25 - Ordered again, the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla. We ordered 4 and not a single one included POBLANO??? How do you mess up that badly.

Stale taco shells, very rude and impatient cashier, food is cold, we only wanted cheese tomatoes and meat on our tacos, only has a trace of meat, a couple pieces of cheese, no tomatoes, seriously? Spending that kind of money and nothing is right? At least pretend to like your job, and one of the cooks looked at us turned around, coughed (without covering his face) and continued making food without changing his gloves or washing his hands, bet the health department would love a call.

I don't know what is going on at this place, but go to the next town over for Taco Bell or find somewhere else to go entirely. Not worth the hassle of opening your bag to find the wrong order because people can't read

Got the wrong order the first time, had to go back inside to get an order that they missed. Came home and the order was still messed up. Missed a complete combo we had bought. Gave us a completely wrong combo, and two wrong drinks.
