We had a delicious meal this evening! Everything was perfectly cooked and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Katie was our server and she was exceptional. We could not have asked for better. Her personality was top notch and she was very efficient.

When we got there, there was a 45 minute wait for two people. I seen there were a couple of seats at the bar. We went and sat at the bar and ordered a sangria Margarita and a regular strawberry frozen margarita. The bartender was very nice girl, she was very busy but she made delicious drinks. However, the food came out within 2 minutes of us ordering it and it was our entrees. We ordered a 12-oz prime rib rare, I had barbecue chicken. When I have ate at Texas Roadhouse before no matter where the food has always been delicious. Nice big plump chicken breast grilled to perfection with barbecue sauce, not the case here. We had to take our plates back to the kitchen until our salads came. Within about 5 minutes or salads came out and then they brought us our food back. The prime rib was good and still rare but my chicken was very hard to chew and dry. I couldn't even eat all of it. I was very disappointed. I get it was New Year's Eve and they were busy but still the food sucked.

Have been coming here since I was really young and it’s always been a pleasant experience with good food. However, you guys have got to figure out the line situation, especially when you first open. A lot of times when we come here it’s people pushing each other and cutting because there is no designated line for a surplus of people. It was so bad today that my husband and I had to leave and come back, and upon our return we still had people shoving and cutting in front of us.

We called the day before and day of our visit for a party of ten. Four were kids under 6. I asked to sit together for our family c mas. Instead we waited forty minutes and were separated in two boothes. I inquired four times to have a new seating arrangement only to be turned down.

One of the best margaritas, i love ft worth ribeye, with some fat. If you don’t like fat, new york strip. Mashed potatoes and corns , house salad is delicious. If you dont eat pork, green beans and loaded potatoes is not for you. Delicious, must try place.

I went to TR tonight around 9pm. I was the only one at the hostess station and it took several minutes for the hostess to attend to me. When she finally came to the hostess station I requested a table for 4. Since I was meeting 3 people who were on their way, she refused to seat me citing “policy.” Other parties came in and she seated them and left me waiting. I expressed my discontent. She then got the manager, a large heavy set man who told me the hostess is a minor and told him I cursed her out. I told him I did no such thing and that she is lying. He then told me he had to “protect his staff” and would call the police to sort things out. Are you kidding me????? I’m completely flabbergasted by this situation. Am I guilty of being tired and crabby? Absolutely. But this hostess is a psycho. I let my party be seated and promptly walked out. I’m glad this happened because I’ve gotten way too fat eating your rolls. Never again.

I had a 10/10 sever tonight. Becca was very sweet, my steak was overcooked and my mashed potatoes were cold to the touch I don’t normally complain but it was just inedible, she assured me it was okay and if it wasn’t right she would make sure they fixed it. I told her not to worry about the mashed potatoes knowing they were closing very soon. They brought my steak and she brought a bag saying “I know you said not to worry but I put baked potatoes with sour cream,butter, and cheese in there for y’all” I always feel bad if I have to make a fuss but she was very sweet and I know mistakes happen!!! Definitely ask for her! <3

If you ever want to witness pure joy in human form, take a hungry group of seven adults to Texas Roadhouse at 6 PM on a Saturday. We walked in like a small army, fully expecting chaos, delays, or at least a minor identity crisis while waiting for a table. Instead, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and efficiency that we briefly wondered if we’d accidentally become VIPs. (We didn’t—but they made us feel like we were.)
From the moment we sat down, the hospitality was on point. Our server was the kind of person who could juggle drink orders, joke with the table, and remember everyone’s steak temperature without sweating. That alone deserves a trophy. Or at least a complimentary basket of those legendary rolls—which, by the way, should come with a warning label because they are dangerously addictive. One of us tried to take “just one.” We haven’t seen them since.
The food? Outstanding. Every plate came out sizzling, seasoned, and ready to make us question why we ever eat anywhere else. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the sides tasted like comfort in bowl form, and the portions were generous enough to feed us AND the imaginary friends we don’t like to talk about.
By the end of the meal, our whole group agreed on two things:
We were absolutely coming back.
We needed someone to roll us out to the parking lot.
Texas Roadhouse, you’ve earned seven new loyal fans—and probably seven new gym memberships. Perfect night. Highly recommend!
