Our waiter, Birdy, was enthusiastic and very nice, but our French fries didn’t come with extra cheese as we had requested. When we mentioned this, we felt we shouldn’t have to pay for something we didn’t receive. The manager, Franny, came to our table and was quite rude about it, stating she wouldn’t issue a refund because she hadn’t seen the order herself. We’ve had her correct similar issues for us in the past, so I’m unsure why she was so unfriendly this time. I found her attitude unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since we’re regular customers.

My sister and I went to Texas Roadhouse on August 31st, 2025 around 2:30 PM. We had the most awful service. Our server, Hayden, acted as if we were an inconvenience and barely came to our table. I’m unsure if she was having an off day or just in a bad mood, but we saw her one time outside of ordering our drinks & food. We went about 20 to 30 minutes of being unattended after our meals showed up incorrect (she was not the person to bring it out to us). Eventually the manager, Buddy, came over and asked how everything was. We told him & he apologized on her behalf. Hoping for better service in the future as Texas Roadhouse used to be one of our favorite restaurants.

Spot is great for casual night out. Unfortunately, steak prices are higher just now. Still, lots of yummy food & cocktails, beer. Also, I often order steak salad -- consistently great w/a takehome container for extra meal! :) Spouse often orders rib eye, quite good.

Our son graduated from VT this weekend.we used your wait list and it was a great feature.upon arriving everyone was so kind and welcoming..our waiter was Austin and he was a bit frazzled at first as it was getting busy and he seemed to have a couple large parties to serve..He was so good though..my husband asked about embarrassing our son for graduation and he did not.disappoint as he later in the meal strolled over with your comfy saddle..our son was a bit red in the cheeks but enjoyed the acknowledgement of his accomplishment.. Also your store manager Buddy stopped ar our table to.ask how our experience was..Our meal was great , service was exceptional..thank you.for all your kind words to our graduate..we will return to your restaurant when we come back for a viait.

We went for mother's day and of course it was loaded. The wait was over an hour (we used the website to go on a wait list so that by the time we got there we didn't have to wait long at all), the parking lot was loaded, the tables were loaded, it was chaos! Which is why it was amazing that we STILL got some amazing service. The food was excellent, the wait staff didn't even almost act rushed or stressed when answering questions or bringing refills. They took time out to say happy mother's day and just be real kind. I was nervous about going somewhere so crowded but it was well worth it.
Very busy on the weekends get there early..lol but great place to eat an relax
