Twist & Shake Ice-Cream & Pretzels Bar

I've been going to this place since moved here a year ago and it has noticably changed three times- not for the better either. Their pretzels were AMAZING last year in early 2024 and then they shifted their seasoning recipe slightly around the middle of the year. (I know because I always get the same thing every time I go.) But this most recent time I went last week will be the last time I go there for a pretzel.
Now the dough they use tastes like the Pillsbury biscuit or croissant dough you buy at the grocery store from a tube- which honestly tastes plasticy and gross to me. And the new seasonings they use taste far from what it used to be. I always order and Garlic Parmesan pretzels and there was no parmesan on it. Just these other overpowering spices that tasted weird. Plus, they used to use an almost homemade-tasting marinara sauce and now they use something pre-packaged that's so vinegary it makes the pretzel taste horribly.

I'm not paying $4+ for a pretzel that I can't even taste the craftsman ship in anymore. I'm so sad I won't get a pretzel there that was as good as it was last year. I almost prefered going here to getting Auntie Annie's. It's back to Auntie's for me and I'm sad about it.

Emma it worked it was perfect

Spent $20 on a box of candy that was mostly inedible. Some of the gummies were so hard that they snapped in half. $12 per pound for old, stale candy. Ridiculous.

It virtually says that it closes at 6 I'm here at 5:10 and the place is already closed when it indicates that it closes at 6, it seems very bad taste to me that a person only comes to this place and when I arrive it is closed, it is not the first time I come and this happens.

Don’t waste your money. Payed $50 dollars for 3 shakes and they tasted horrible. The pretzels aren’t good either.

They’re never open. I’ve even called ahead of time (excited to spend money) and when I arrived they were closed. I’m always sure to check the hours posted on google and the *actual* hours never align.

I can see why this place has bad reviews.... I tired going to the store and they were closed during their operating hours... no sign or explanation... They also don't have the candied grapes available for walk-in purchases, you have to message them through fb, pay in advance, and then pick up later.

Great experience working with them!! They truly have the absolute best candy selection and when it comes to candied fruits my husband is in love!!! You have to go and try them out plus the owners are really nice and willing to work with you.

Sweetest worker! Made me the perfect birthday gift on time if earlier!

Me and my family drove down from Roanoke to try her deserts and pretzels. It was worth the money it was definitely worth our drive . The time and quality she has put into this place has made the experience worth it . I would recommend spending the money and trying everything . The parmesan Pretzel bites. We’re my husbands favorite( so so good). Mine the the milk shake (berry). And the rest of the items has such a great balance that nothing was to sweet to keep eating . Keep doing you girl and keep up the amazing work you do

the photos speak for themselves but let me give some insight…i had to try out the infamous grapes ive been seeing all over my facebook and let me say they did NOT disappoint! The customer service was phenomenal and she went above and beyond for my friend and I!the blue razz grapes & italian sodas were so good we had to go back for another box of freshly dipped grapes… just when i thought it didn’t get better she hands me the most BEAUTIFUL grapes i had seen. (they tasted even better than they look if that’s even believable ?)10/10 recommend, they have TONS of goodies in their shop and will go above and beyond to accommodate their customers!
