Kathleen took the extra time to make our late night visit at the drive thru very special. She ensured the order was correct and made the food fresh and checked each bag to ensure everything was correct. I hope that you take care of her and recognize that she is an all star!
The food is good. However, this place has a lot of room for improvement compared to what it used to be years ago. I have been to a lot better Wendy’s in other locations. This Wendy’s is a hit or miss most of the time. Sometimes the dining in is closed sometimes it’s open. Same with the food sometimes they are sold out or don’t have what you want. Simply put it is the incompetent management that destroys places like this.
