We've been here multiple times, just hoping that they get our order right but they never do. We're always missing SOMETHING that we ordered and the apology we always get is ridiculous. Very poor management at nighttime as always, the menu was completely in the dark so you have to guess at what you want to eat, lady that took our order could've used an attitude check even though we were very polite. I know these places are so short staffed because NOBODY wants to work around here but they need to be better trained. I usually go to the Wendy's out on Franklin Street but they stole my credit card information last year, had to cancel EVERYTHING, and I will only use cash there.

Slow drive thru. Got the biggy bag. Everything in the bag tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. So gross I threw everything out but the drink. Would recommend picking some place else.

I would not give this place any stars if possible. This facility is supposed to be open and working till midnight, and I reached at 11:30 and I could see the Wendy's person sitting in their car in the staff parking but there was no one at the drive through window or counter. Is it open just for namesake? Too BAD!!

Words cannot describe the atrocity that is this Wendy’s location. There have been very few eating establishments that have been this disappointing. It’s not like the bar is high here. It’s a fast food restaurant. The food should be at the bare minimum palatable and correct. This location is incapable of even meeting the bare minimum. In fact, the food and service here are the worse I have ever experienced. Not only was the order completely wrong but didn’t even have the correct ingredients. Which is crazy to me because Wendy’s literally gives the employees a little picture book to make the food. For some reason none of the burgers they prepared had any tomato or lettuce, which is a stable of Wendy’s Dave double. I also tried the new kraby burger, it had pickles and onions and nothing else…it looked like on one burger, they picked some lettuce off the floor and smashed it all together and stomped on it. I paid almost 30 dollars for food and had to wait for the employees to stop flirting long enough to notice I’m still at the window because they never gave us any straws or spoons for the frosties. Shoot I still couldn’t get a spoon because the lady couldn’t stop talking long enough to her crush to even hear me ask for one. This location is plagued with incapable workers and it’s been a perpetual issue here since 2018. The franchise owner must be pretty non engaged in this location based on just not giving the slightest effort in running an establishment

I was sitting in the drive through for over ten minutes. I understand they were busy and the staff was very nice, however by the time my chicken sandwich was done, my burger and fries are cold. Very disappointing.

They were out of potatoes so I asked for a taco salad and a small chili got to the window waited like five minutes and they said dayshift didn’t do their job making the chili and it would be a 30 minute wait I said you didn’t know that when you were taking my order They refunded my Money back

If I could give this place a minus 100 stars I most certainly would. I have never experienced such horrible and disgusting service as I did at this Wendy’s location. My sister and I were returning home from NC when we stopped for a bite to eat. I gave my sister my order and proceeded to the restroom. There was NO toilet paper, it smelled like a cesspool and was so gross. I walked right back out of that disgusting bathroom. I proceeded to the counter where my sister was still waiting. The cashier had sat our cups for our drinks on the counter so we proceeded to the soda machine and discovered every soda was out. I walked our cups back to the cashier and informed her. She said “ oh yeah, they are all out. I have to fill them from the back”. Why did she even give the cups to us if she knew the soda machine was empty of all drinks. We found out they were also out of potatoes by another unhappy customer. Additionally, there was zero paper napkins available. I leaned over the counter to see why our food was taking so long. I realized right then and there I was no longer hungry. My stomach turned when I saw how filthy the restaurant was. Sadly, the workers were worse. I’ve never seen anything so disgusting. I told my sister that I can’t do this. She agreed so we asked for our money back. I told them how unhappy I was about the unsanitary bathroom conditions, the lack of available food and napkins and that I was disgusted by the filth. I guess it was the person in charge that came over to cancel our order and handed me my $10.81 cents back. I could tell by her body language and the way she tossed my money into my hand that she could care less. No apologies, but she did managed to say “have a nice day” as we were leaving. Her and the other workers laughed at us as we walked out the door. This experience did not only caused me to lose my appetite but I may never be able to stomach any Wendy’s ever again. (That’s how nasty and disgusting the place and workers were). Sorry Wendy’s, you’ve lost a long time customer. You should know who and how your restaurants are doing business because it reflects and starts with YOU.

NASTY!! As a Wendy's fan for life, I have never in my life been so disgusted by a fast food location as I was with this spot. The floor of the entire restaurant was sticky beyond all belief and one corner of the restaurant smelled like vomit. The self serve soda machine, which normally has 20 or so options was completely out of everything but 3 of the lesser used options. I asked the cashier for lemonade and he came back with a cup of that radioactive looking Mellow Yellow instead, which my daughter immediately spit out. Also ordered nuggets for my 5 year old, but the top nugget had a visible bite taken out of it. No one seemed to care about the disgusting condition of the restaurant despite me politely pointing out why we were leaving. Only time in my life I have ever asked for a full refund and tossed all the food straight in the trash.
