I have NEVER been to such a DIRTY Wendy’s in all my life! All 3 garbage bins were overflowing inside. The floor was so sticky it was difficult stepping along the floor. Tables all had crumbs on them suggesting they hadn’t been wiped down. Absolutely disgusting.

My friend had recently left a review on this wendys. I am replying to her , Liv Unavailable, #besties. We called and asked if they were open, they said they were so we went and every door was locked. Both of us underrage and cant drive we called to see if we could walk through the drive through. They said yes but for 10 minutes no one answered. Waste. Of. Time. #nah

My friend and I called this Wendy’s and asked if they were open. They said they were. We went to EVERY DOOR and they were all locked. We’re both minors and don’t have a car, so we called and asked if we could walk through the drive-thru. They told us yes, so we did. We stood outside both the window and the speaker for nearly ten minutes and no one took our order or spoke to us. Mind you it was literally 13 degrees, and the weather app said it felt like -2.

I wouldn't give any stars if it was an option. Honestly I'm not sure why I keep doing this to myself. But this is the last time I'll be stopping in here. Normally they are out of baked potatoes, seems like that's about the only order they don't mess up. But this time they had potatoes but the bacon that I paid extra for on my sandwich was burnt and just crumbled. May want to stop letting employees run to their car during break. Looking like cheech and Chong running around. That's all. ZERO STARS
One issue with this location is its opened or closed randomly. There is no logic or reason to if the lobby is opened or closed and sometimes the restaurant is closed when it’s supposed to be open. Even if there are people inside eating, you might go up to the door and it’s locked. Do not bother doing a mobile order here because they’re not gonna make it until you get here and they’re gonna expect you to wait in a huge long line which is the precise reason you do mobile orders. Literally the slogan on it is don’t wait in line but it’s a lie you will be waiting. During the day it’s not horrible, but the evening staff is almost completely useless. They do not care. They’ll be a line wrapped around the building and three of them standing outside smoking cigarettes Well, two people were inside trying to do everything. The staff could care less what happens. Anytime there is someone that cares and tries, you only see them a couple of times because they quit. You can’t get good people when you hire so many mediocre or bad people. Good people won’t stay. And stop telling everyone you can’t find good people in fast food because you can. If you go to Chick-fil-A, you will see you can. If you go to Panera bread you will see you can, if you go to Starbucks you will see that you can. if you go to chipotle or chicken salad chick, you will see that you can find decent people to work in fast food. This has been the absolute worst fast food location for so long and it’s really sad because Wendy’s has a lot of my favorite food. But I am done with them. I’m not even gonna bother the DoorDash with them anymore because half the time the DoorDash or that picks it up drops my order a few minutes later. I’m told most of the DoorDash locally don’t even go there anymore.

The drive-through was very slow but all of the food was good and the order was correct. The parking lot is clean and well lit and appears to be in a fairly safe location.
