It’s 7:30pm on a Tuesday. I have been waiting at the drive through for someone to take my order for 10 mins now. This is the third time in the last few months that I have given up and driven away. I think the employees are dead.

Food was good. A little slow but good. Service from front counter staff was awful. Appeared to be the shift manager. Didn't approach the counter when customers were present. Walked by twice while texting before acknowledging we were even there. Very softspoken and took our order from 20 feet away. Screwed up our order and wanted to argue about it before fixing it and charging more. Didn't get what we ordered and didn't seem interested in fixing it. Staff that was working the drive thru finally stepped in to fix the order. Very unprofessional. Acted like a typical teenager that really didn't want to be there.

Small cheeseburgers do NOT come with onions; this is not McDonald's.
Spicy wraps come with pickles on the menu; apparently not when you order.
Also when the customer orders a honey wrap and a spicy wrap; do not give them 2 ranch wraps. Reread the order and the procedures on how to make the items.

When we told him we had more, he huffed. Terrible place that I will never come back to. Before anyone thinks we ordered alot it was 3 biscuits and a Frisco with 4 drinks.

Drive through. Order a special including drink and fries. They say small and medium isn’t available because they run out of cups forcing you to pay more for a large. Go inside and all different cup sizes available at the counter. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook hot dogs at lunch time

I was in the mood for a good burger and I had never had a Hardee’s burger , boy was I disappointed. Burger was so cold it barely would melt the cheese. French fries were cold and hard. Staff was rude. This location is a bust.
