I Appreciate the Patience, Kindness, and Smiling Face of The Supervisor at Store #1503756 on Friday 1-5-2024 at 11:59 pm. On the receipt it said April but I want to make sure she gets awarded because there used to be a prejudice lady at this Hardee's a few years ago and she treated me so bad that I stopped coming. And in Clarksville, Virginia we don't have many restaurants. Thank You For Hiring Good People. Sandra H

Ordered at the drive through. One car ahead. Waited over 20 minutes. Two cars behind us gave up and left allowing us to back out of line. Went inside to get order. One customer inside said he had been waiting a long time and hadn't even ordered. There were 3 girls working up front but they were hanging out the drive through window talking to a boy in a car. Several workers milling around in back but there was no food out front waiting to be picked up. Disgusting!
