You can never reach anyone via the phone at this location and they’re usually understaffed. Their quality is very inconsistent. The wait time is always longer than estimated. However, they’re usually very kind and polite.
Learn from my mistake though. Check your order over before leaving!

Had a carry out order and absolutely everything was wrong. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas, regular pizza, bbq buffalo wings. When it got picked up the 2 stuff crust were regular crust, didn’t get the buffalo wings, and those were wrong on the receipt said spicy buffalo not what I picked, the toppings were messed up, got green peppers when I didn’t ask for those, and I got some random pizza that was cheese with 3 pepperonis on it. $67 to have everything wrong,

One of the best places around to get pizza best thing of Papa John's you can always go to any of them and get the same service and delicious pizza always better than Domino's and Pizza Hut always count on Papa John's for consistent best pizza

Better off eating the box with sauce. Pizza inedible....Extremely disappointed...took one bite then trashed Had to use mouthwash to get the taste out of my mouth better off licking the toilet seat... Last time I go there. Shut it down.

I placed an order for their NY style XL pizza with thin crust. I received regular crust. It was fine. Nothing to write home about but it hit the spot. Staff were helpful enough.

Ordered online , when I got there I was told my pizza was ready so on the way home opened the box and realized dough was not cooked, hated to turn around so I went home and had to put it back in the oven to finish cooking it, smh.
Bizarre experience at 11:06 AM today, June 10, 2024, when I called to place an order. The guy who answered the phone couldn't take my order because I wanted a "special" listed on their web site. Then he told me I could only order one order of wings, boneless or bone-in, but not both. He couldn't pull up their site and told me I could only order online because he didn't know how to take orders over the phone. All this while keeping me on "hold" for ten minutes before conceding he didn't know how to take the order via telephone! ? Is this a training issue? Could he really be that dumb? Was he pretending? DUNNO, won't be back.
