Never knew this Cafe was downtown Clarksville. Now I do and you would like it very much also if you knew.

This is not the small town cafe experience you were expecting.

Sad quiche matching the drab atmosphere. Everything looks stale.

The lady at the counter didn't smile and didn't even look at me until I said something. She handed me the quiche and said she'd bring up my drink shortly so I sat at a table and began eating. I'm the only one in the restaurant but she didn't bring me my coffee, and instead had me get up and reach across the pastry display case.

I was excited to visit Rooted Café under the new ownership, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The previous owners created such a cool vibe and weren’t afraid to try new drinks, which I always enjoyed.

I ordered a double espresso with whip on the bottom and a splash of heavy cream. What I received was a small cup filled to the brim with milk — the volume should have been about half that. I asked for it to be remade, and while the second attempt looked better, the espresso itself was cold.

I had read the article in the local paper about the new owners and was excited when they mentioned their Puerto Rican and Filipino heritage. I was hoping to see those flavors infused into their drink and food offerings, but there was nothing unique or reflective of that background on the menu.

Overall, I’ve always loved Rooted Café under the previous owners, but this visit with the new ownership left me very disappointed. I truly hope they can bring back some of the creativity and quality that made this spot such a favorite.

Very cute coffee shop. Lots of tables, couches, and workspaces as well as a corner for kids. We were just passing through town and glad we stopped. Cold brew was solid, latte was very good and our breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I wish I lived near here to work from this place.

The asiago bagel sandwich was amazing as was the peanut butter chocolate bar. Good coffee and friendly service, comfortable seating with an inviting coffee shop vibe. Do support this lovely venue if you're visiting Clarksville

Don’t waste your time coming on a Sunday, the sign on the door says open 7-5 arrived at 9:30 and no one is there. Google also says open on Sundays. Just read another review from Saturday saying their never open when they say they are.

Lovely place I absolutely adore the set up they have and it's cozy and comfortable. The drinks there delicious as well as the food & desserts. The prices for the drinks are good it's what you'd expect at any local cafe but the food prices are a little expensive so I usually stick with the drinks and occasionally the dessert the food is delicious however but not very budget friendly.

My wife and i were craving a good breakfast sandwich this morning and decided to come down to Rooted! The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is just so whimsy and wonderful. i could spend hours just looking at the local artwork and things around the shop (especially the build your own tea blend!!!) the staff was patient and so kind! My wife and i both got a Golden Bell Sandwich and i got a 16oz Iced Cherry Mocha with Oat milk and she got a 16oz brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk and everything was AMAZING. The sandwiches were delicious and filling and the coffee was the perfect kick without being too overly sweet or bitter. We will most certainly be back!

This coffee shop was soo cute and so kid friendly!!! They have a little kids nook and a couch for caregivers to relax and eat/drink while the little ones play. So thoughtful!

During my visit at my brother-in-law's in Bullock, NC, he took me here for coffee. We got there just as they were unlocking the door at 7:00 am.
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. There is a kids corner with toys, a shelf with games and puzzles, and a couple nice sitting areas if you want to hang out. Also local arts and crafts on display for sale.
